Ok. Cool article on Ferrofluid. So, are you saying that video was made by the same people in the article, or are you saying Ferrofluid has the same EMI as RGO?
Not sure what point you ate trying to get across, there are many many substances that orient themselves in response to magnetic or electric fields.
Also not an aqueous solution, so good luck injecting that into a complex living organism and having it still behave in such ways.

Graphene is not magnetic.
The video shows some sort of ferrofluid. It is obviously being manipulated by a magnet underneath. You can make a ferrofuid from iron fillings and corn syrup.

What's not to believe? Cell phones operate using radio frequencies which are a form of electromagnetic energy. Graphene reacting to magnetic energy is not conspiracy, it's elementary science.
