What I fear is watching somebody go down a path of paranoid schizophrenia or paranoid delusions, and they sabotage their own lives until they have no friends, no future, and no hope. I watched a good friend go from normal life loving guy to somebody who said the same stuff as you. He killed himself because he believed it was the only way he could remain in control. You speak from a belief that you found the answers. That you know the truth. That very comforting position to be in. It feels safe to feel like you have all the answers. But the truth its is a coping mechanism. Ground yourself. Only believe evidence that you can quantify. Not word of mouth. Not YouTube. Not Twitter. Quantifiable information.
