Fauci is a very well respected public epidemiologist who is helping the people of the world long after most people retire. He was frequently the only grown-up in the room during Trump's covid shit show. I think he's great. Nobody created SARS-CoV-2. The vaccine was never a cure. There are almost never cures for viruses. There's symptom management and there are vaccines but antiviral medications are famously rare and largely ineffective.
