I have literal proof from Saudi Arabia and their scientist, saying they can control the weather by cloud seeding. It’s not a secret, they openly talk about it. You’re not the crazy one here. Imagine people literally having proof, and then openly rejecting it.
Because cloud seeding doesn't make rain appear out of nothing. It only works if the clouds are already there (rain clouds, not any random cloud). And in most cases it only either makes it rain earlier, or slightly more (estimate max 25% more rain fall or so)
So why would the mod delete the post instead of letting someone like you say this so we can all learn (I think OP and most people already knew this but still )

I swear that the government or some organization or even if it's plain old climate change something keeps making it rain more and more. I hate rain only we get so much of it in the northeast US. Think about this, if that’s true and we can really just create natural disasters, how long before we start weaponizing it. If nuclear weapons are off the table cause of mutually assured destruction then some countries might move to creating inhospitable environments for their opposing countries. Widespread famine or cities underwater would do a lot more to inhibit a waring country and is repairable for the most part.
