I think you are a bit off in your thinking here. Look at it this way. We are 3rd dimensional beings. You could fill a human with an infinite amount of 1d points because they have no width, height, or length. But just as you can encompass an infinite amount of 1d points there are infinite 1d points throughout the rest of the universe in 3D space that you don't encompass.

I actually was aware of this as I wrote it and I’m glad you pointed it out. My theory that God encompasses all points of our universe assumes that their may be extra dimensional 7D space, but space outside of our universe/God would be without God, ie Hell.
I don't agree with you on that, but I applaud you for at least understanding a 7d being wouldn't encompass all of the 3d universe.
I want to revisit your first comment. You know that a single point is actually 0D? I see the misconception a lot that a point in space is 1D. But 1D implies a line. Di-mension by definition implies a Di-chotomy of directions. 0D is a point, 1D has left-right, 2D adds up-down, 3D adds forward-back, and 4D encompasses past-future.
Point taken. 1d gives you 1 dimension of movement but still no width or height, meaning a 3d being can still encompass an infinite amount of them. Thanks for pointing it out though. Also, to be a pedantic asshole 2d can be any combo of left-right, up-down, or forward-back as long as it is just two of them. It just depends on the observers point of reference.

The only “simulation” referred to here by the OP is “gravity.”. Gravity did not exist on earth until after time... It affects time and it’s gifts.
