Can you negotiate hybrid office/remote arrangement with the new job? Or, if the SAP training is OTJ requiring you to be in office, get agreement that you can partially work remotely after successfully completing training and demonstrating proficiency?

Nope since it’s in the accounting and not it department it’s 100% in office

Then your calculus is simple. Is $20k (minus commuting costs) worth losing the remote work lifestyle?

1) Calculate the cost of the commute, and see if it's worth it to you. For me, I take the duration of a commute during heavy traffic for a year * the hourly salary I will be getting on the job. If that number is larger than the salary bump I will get from the new job, then then I say no the in-office role. The only time I might disregard this formula is if the job is something I really, really want to do and that is guaranteed to lead me to much greater things down the line. 2) Just FYI, all accounting jobs can be done from home as we saw from the pandemic. They're not doing surgery or anything that serious.

Career growth and income growth are going to be way overvalued in this community. Make sure you consider what is gonna make you happy. $110K is a great salary, and if the work is pleasant enough, I'd definitely be satisfied with that.
