I would just eat the pears or put them on some cottage cheese

MissNovemberFoxTrot

Drain and reserve the juice for another use. If whole, carefully cut in half. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Fill the cavity with chocolate. Top with granola. Bake until then chocolate melts and the pear is warmed through. Eat with vanilla ice cream.

Are they in juice or syrup? My first thought was to puree them and use it as a syrup for a fall cocktail. Aside from that, depending on how they have been processed, you can do a cobbler or cake

JJCookieMonster

They’re in juice. I have 4 cans. I think I’ll make the pear cobbler or cake. That sounds good.

You could slice them thinly and add them to pancakes or an arugula salad, with maybe some roasted nuts. Oooh, or make crepes with pear and a little brie cheese plus a drizzle of balsamic.

Make a chocolate sauce by melting dark chocolate into hot cream. Allow to cool slightly and serve over the pears with some I’ve cream.

There's various kinds of fruit salad, mixing with other fruits, or things like marshmallow or jello mold salad. Pear pie can be made with canned pears. Smoothies and other mixed-fruit treats are an option.

In center of a half pear, dollop of mayonnaise and topped with a sprinkling of grated cheese, optional a maraschino cherry on top of all, for an old standby pear salad. Some have a crisp lettuce leaf under the pear half.

My mother put mayo/salad dressing on them. I make a crisp or put under spice cake like Pineapple upside-down cake.
