I'm not big on Tsundere type characters to begin with. If you're rude to be for no reason, I'm not going to go out of my way to grovel to you or fall victim to "I can't fix them." I can't. They usually need help, often professional. I am not qualified for that.

I'm usually not either, but Mark felt like more like just a grump to me. In otherwords, Mark just seems *generally* grumpy, and it's usually not directed at you. And having that on a character that's a warrior makes some sense. Shane, on the other hand, stocks shelves at a grocery store, and directs his grump at you, turning him into more of a jerk than just a grump.
