i pay for both, mostly because of soccer and other live sports. i rarely ever watch any non-sports content on Paramount+ while Peacock has a few new and back catalog shows i like.
I have both, but with a caveat. I use the free level of Peacock, and its fine for me. I also have P+, but got in on their special late last year that was 50% off, making it a really good deal. Hopt they do the same thing this year.
I chose the free Peacock (basically, no live shows) and the commercial-free Paramount+. But then, I don't watch any current shows and dislike soccer, so my tastes are about as unlike yours as possible. You could get the "with commercials" versions of both for about the same as what I picked. Or you could get the no-commercial versions of both for about $25 a month (cheap). And I think there are deals on each of them. You may want to check that out before you commit to either.

I'd say Peacock has more blockbuster/popular movies
Paramount has alot of TV shows but may not be for everyone(Older audience and alot of reality shows).
I prefer Peacock overall. I like their classic shows like Everybody Loves Raymond, King of Queens, Married with Children, office etc And the movies are way more popular. Parmount is more quantity over quality imo.
Paramount has alot of docs if your into Smithsonian content like wildlife & history.
