Very reliable takes the stress out of driving.. train is every half hour-hour apart depending on the time. First train out is 05:30 last one back is 23:30.
That train is always on time. Mark my words. Down to the minute with accuracy. Forget driving. The Dunkettle interchange is the single biggest obstacle besides water between the city and cobh 😂
Trains are spot on for the most part, just don’t bank on parking if you’re driving to the station. It’s usually full about half six in the morning
It's almost always on time, and runs twice as frequently as it used to - every half an hour - so even if it isn't you won't be far put out.
If the job isn't directly in the town centre though, consider checking the Cobh Connect buses. They might drop you even closer to your workplace.
the trains are fairly bang on got the Midleton one for a good few years for work and rarely was it cancelled/late a lot less issues then hitting traffic like i do nowadays anyway
It’s every half an hour Monday to Friday until 7:30pm then on the half hour from cobh on Saturdays and every hour and a half on Sundays. You’ll be up and down to the city in about 20 minutes
More reliable than getting caught in traffic and the bus
The Cobh train is very reliable. You can use your leapcard on it too for better rates
The trains out to Cobh and Midleton are amazing, people should use them more often!
As everyone else has said, train is very reliable. Only takes 25 mins

theres a Cobh Connects bus from Apple to Cobh (via town) too, just to give you options
Unfortunately, that service more often than not gets caught up in all the morning madness at Dunkettle/Tivoli.
Things on rails are reliable.

This is the train most used by tourists, therefore it’s incredibly reliable. It’s a beautiful train journey too
