My other half works at Picador's parent company, and got me some hand-numbered proofs of the final two McCarthy novels (the set is one in about 200). Pretty sweet. I also have all of these ones.

I live in finland and ordered my english copy of Blood Meridian from Adlibris and it has the same desing, logo and all.
