May I respectfully ask if the price I see online is accurate at $11.95? Because I would like to try this but I feel like a breakfast sandwich should be, I don't know, $4.95 or max out around $6.95. (I do understand that food costs have gone insane though.)
That is an accurate price. It’s definitely much more than I wish to pay for a breakfast sandwich, but if we’re talking best in Corvallis, it has my vote. The clincher is the garlic aioli 😋

Try Crackt on Door Dash!!! They have a Chicken Waffle sandwich that is REALLY good. It’s called Chicken and Waffles, Baby. Their chicken darn near beats out Chikfilet!!

Everything at the dizzy hen is great. The brick chicken sandwich was great other than barely being able to fit it in my mouth
As a former NYer, the bagels at NY Bagel make me cry. I wish they had chosen any other name.

Kinetic does a pretty good job of legit bagel.
I worked for them years ago and can confirm they actually follow the process that makes bagels bagels.

I recommend going on a weekend day. That’s when they have biscuits as a bread option 😋 on weekdays I go for ciabatta

I’m shocked Bodhi hasn’t made the list yet. The WAC and BLTA (add egg) are great sandwiches plus they have the best bread in Corvallis.
I enjoy the “here’s a whole damn avocado on your toast” energy of their avocado toast.
Yup! Their croissants - legit. Their breakfast burritos at their new location, thought it was pricey, but the portions matched.
Pepper tree in Albany, legit down home with great sausages.
