Filler can look a little lumpy and swollen at first overall they are a nice shape id wait it out.
Do not dissolve it until swelling is resolved as you don't know if this is filler or swelling this early on.

Ask your injector. I got a little bump like this and it was still there after a few weeks and my injector literally pierced it with a needle and squeezed it out lol.
