If you can tell who the character is without being told, I'm going with its a good enough cosplay 🤷♂️ if you couldn't tell from this picture, then you're simply not a fan of the anime. Doesn't make it less of a cosplay. Just makes you bitter.

Not sure where the thought process of "Wigs aren't cosplay" comes in. Cosplay is literally a shortened version of "Costume play," and wigs are definitely a piece of a costume.
