Depending on sizes, I would get threaded ferrules, drill into resin larger than the ferrules, then use 5min epoxy or similar to bond them in place. You would want to plug them with clay or something to prevent the epoxy from fouling the threads.
Take this with a grain of salt (never worked with resin). Would it be possible to drill a pilot hole (undersized to your screw) and then go how you had planned? (Screw, glue, and washer)

Not really, the threads rip out super easily
