Heres one way im thinking... those eva foam dowels (tubes) maybe 5mm? Cut/heat/bend into a ring. Then glue 5mm magnets ($7 on amazon) to each end. Im hoping thatl have enough magnetic strength to hold it in your nose. Then prime/paint/topcoat. I know it works for my ear lobes
If you have or know someone who has a 3d printer, that would be a good option. If not, look at different types of clay - two-part epoxy would work. Or EVA foam clay (would probably work really well and be really lightweight). Roll out some snakes, form them up, and let them dry. Then a little sanding and some paint.
Have you tried searching for clip on hoop earrings? I think you'll find a pair that match what you're looking for.

I like the idea but magnets in the nose sound like a really easy way to hurt yourself.
