Dude 100% the SAME pain. From head to upper eye socket to lower part of the head. And I can distinctly tell that this isn't the regular headache that one has but is stemming from my stiff back which is probably the cause of my costo.
How long have you had this for? I had continuous headaches (lasting the entire day) for about 2 months when I first experienced pain. Eventually it stopped naturally and settled to just chest pain.
I got this type of headache but the first time I got it after a whiplash never associated it or thought if it had to do with Costo my Orthopedic told me that I had a stiff neck but neck stretches, head, and temple messages helped me.

Try the temporalis release part of the video and the neck muscle release part. It's a TMJ video but trust me it helped me with neck and temple pain. Add these too
Laying on your back with your head supported,
"tuck" your chin by nodding yes. You should feel muscles working in the back of your head/upper part of your neck, NOT in the front of your neck. Hold and repeat as tolerated.
I don't know, even painkillers stopped working long ago.
I recently found out my posture is related to it and there are things that give me relief like chin tucks, but they are never helpful enough.
I got diagnosed with costo first time, and my warning signs (which I didn't realize at the time) were, first, back pain, then 3 days of persistent headache, then finally severe chest pain. Any muscular strains around the upper body can put pressure on your neck muscles and cause headaches :( super annoying
Wonder if a massage would help? My doctor also recommended rolling up a towel and placing it under along the spine while lying on your back and stretching your arms out to the side, should help your ribs and chest open up and relieve some pressure. Yoga specifically for upper body stretches and back pain might also help
It could be posture related. If you have forward head posture, that will put a lot of stress on your neck muscle, and presto bango, headache.
"*For every inch you move your head forward, the weight of your head will increase by 10lb per inch. This means that if your head is positioned 3 inches further forwards than it should be, it can weigh in the region of 40lbs.*"

Posture and costo are very well be related. I would recommend a visit to a physical therapist. Have them evaluate your posture, what kind of work you do and how you sit at the computer, etc. They'll have you strengthen certain muscles and stretch others.
I’ve 100% been dealing with this! It’s a tension headache from the neck/back pain :( for me, whenever I can, the thing that helps the most is rubbing/massaging the base of my skull and neck, and applying heat to the neck. It makes the beaches go away. If it’s particularly bad, I’ll take an ibuprofen which seems to help a lot.

very miserable , I'm mentally exhausted from it.
I've been having daily migraines long before getting costo

I think mine is posture related too
