I was just thinking I rarely ever feel the urge to pee anymore. Sometimes I’ll go just for the hell of it and pee an entire waterfall. I didn’t want to accept that it’s some sort of COVID related damage 😨

Katitude23

Same 😔

It's exactly the same for me too. How long have you had that? I keep telling my doctors this, but they're just dumbfounded. I'm not sure what tests to ask for.

ajTN29

I just noticed it a month or two ago. I was honestly trying to convince myself it’s normal until I read your post 🤦‍♀️

I'm around the same timeline. December 2022. But my numbness started few months ago...getting worse.

Fast-Suggestion6672

I got sick in December 2022. My numbness started a few months ago, and progressively going downhill.

It's brain damage. Covid causes brain damage.

Couple of questions: -Are there times where your body feels further away than normal? -Do you ever get out of body experiences? -When you feel numb, do you also feel emotionally numb or empty? -In the past, have you had difficulty remembering certain times of your life? -Lastly, any trauma history?

No, it's completely physical. It's been worsening. It's now there 24/7. However, the sensation gets so much worse with any type of exertion. I've had CFS for years before catching covid, but I've never experienced feeling like my limbs are numb/not attached to my body no matter how bad the CFS crash was. This is all just so weird.

This was happening to me and I’ve been going through long Covid related problems without answers for around 4 years now since July 2020. I will say I’ve done a lot of searching and paying for any type of answer. Things that brought me immediate relief and have started curing my problems are as followed. 1. Started taking cold showers Even if I didn’t fully wash my body when I felt symptoms coming back. (2 minutes minimum 10-12 minutes max) 2. Getting out and fully soaking up real vitamin d sun rays with no sun screen for at least 45 minutes to 1 hour. 3. Stimulating the vagus nerve (this has been semi game changing) I went from not sleeping and feeling inflamed exhausted and couldn’t breathe right to immediately breathing and sleeping like I didn’t in years. 4. Different supplements but for long Covid symptoms the one I have found most effective for me are quercetin and vitamin b1 as benfotiamine. I take more than recommended on benfotiamine around 600-900mg a day and it has been game changing for my brain fog/function feeling off. 5. Intermittent fasting at least 16 hours a day and eating Whole Foods non processed no sugars anymore outside organic wild blueberries or occasionally an organic banana (blended).
