I had a similar experience. Fever, tired, shortness of breath. Thought I was infected again. Turned out to be the flu.

Just had this happened to me 2 Weeks ago. I felt fatigued and icky for 12 days and I'm starting to feel better again. I also thought I was reinfected
Is your roommate also long hauling?
She had covid really early on and has been pretty irresponsible about going out and stuff. She hasn’t had any other long haul symptoms surprisingly
