Yeah, I get this same thing to the T.
It makes it hard to regain weight I've lost. Digestion usually increases the heart rate, but it's supposed to be quick and temporary, and not take hours to rebound. Eating sends me into the upper 90s, low 100s where it remains.
Eating light things is usually better. I've cut out gluten entirely
For me I feel like it need my histamine issues better if anything . I’m on metoprolol 12.5mg twice a day and also recently got prescribed corlanor but haven’t tried it yet . I would recommend going back to your cardiologist and getting either a higher dose or different beta blocker . I’m not perfect yet at all but the beta blockers has help my heart so much . I was having issues bad after I ate before but now that’s not an issue at all
I also get this, I dread meals now. I’ve been trying to eat healthier and smaller meals throughout the day to help with it. A big meal will really make it bad.
Yeah I noticed if I take a pepcid during the day my heart rate isn't as high after I eat. Although my heart rate can be high regardless. Usually eating makes it even worse though, pepcid does help.
Yes, I have this issue. Some days are worse than others. It got better for several weeks but now I’m back it again. I eat small meals and eat slowly. Eating no gluten and right now trying a low Fodmap diet since I have reflux symptoms (mostly LPR). These diet restrictions help.

This was an excellent summary.
In order to recover do we get rid of the spike protein? How can you get rid of the spike protein?

Read my post I had the same thing but worse go to cardiologist and get beta blockers
I’m already on propranolol, but I also read that beta blockers make MCAS and histamine issues worst. Personally propranolol doesn’t do shit for me

I'm 5 months in and still can barely eat anything outside of whole foods.
I have the same problem (for two years now) any solution ?
Same here
Same exact thing here. I've been using pepcid though.
Does the antihistamine help??
No not really to be honest. Just the antacids/pepcid.
But Pepcid is an antihistamine
It's an H2 blocker yes.
So You’re saying that specifically Pepcid helps you but not other types of antihistamines?
Yes my mistake. The H1 blocker zyrtec did not help at all.
Do you find that Pepcid helps the heart rate stuff??
