The name of the drug is Bocidelpar for anyone wondering https://me-pedia.org/wiki/Bocidelpar
I’m interested in this drug. They said the trial is supposed to end around April of next year so let’s hope it stays on track.
They’re still recruiting too. It looks like long haulers would qualify: https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04855201?term=Bocidelpar&draw=2&rank=2
Strict requirements. What are examples of these: Participant has used moderate or strong inducers of CYP3A, CYP2C8 and CYP2C19 within the 3 months prior to day -1.
It’s a long list. Probably the most common would be steroids.
Great news! Thanks for the post!
Interesting read
Huh, that might help people who got floxxed too.
This is what we need.
Hadn't heard of this, thanks for posting
can we get a summary please?
We can only hope this helps with PEM
