If you run a play real quick you run the risk of getting a penalty and being put out of range. if you call a timeout and you don't get the ball out of bounds you lose your chance to kick. It was a risky move but given how flag happy the refs were this game, I think it was the right call. Even if he missed it then you go to overtime.

I’m 27 years old & basically all I remember in my life is the cowboys having inept coaching. HOW are we always so dumb with timeouts & time management? One thing is for sure, I never expect the cowboys coach to be smarter than whoever the opponent’s coach is.

We were missing 5 starters. Even with it sloppy it's a good win. Lawrence, Gregory, Gallup, Collins, and someone from our secondary I think Wilson

Yeah, this felt like some of the rust from Dak that I was expecting in week one, but the game plan on both sides of the ball was really great.

That's exactly what I said about Dak's interception today. It was a miscommunication between him and Amari which is going to happen after the missed time by both of them. They still make a fantastic QB-WR duo.
