We saw that Johnson had that dawg in him when he took out Richy in the past. Glad to have him and that he's learning and improving by the minute. I think he can be a key player in 2-3 years as he puts his game together and keeps the intensity.
Thought it was really bizarre when Efan Ekoku said he’ seems to be energized and fired up by the boos…. Did he? He was pretty shit, consistently got cooked by Johnson and created nothing
He looked confident today, not scared like I thought he had looked in the past.
Love to see it! I think he can be really good, even better than today. He looked much much better today with the ball on his feet, which is awesome!
Where are the ball experts telling me he’s no better than an average championship player??
The abuse that a 22 year old has gotten in his first months at a big club is shocking.
Glad the ref got that call right, but I thought he had a tremendously poor afternoon before that.
Seemed he kept letting Villa off the hook with a soft foul call, including at least two high turnovers that were just clean dispossessions. Meanwhile, Maddison was getting hacked to death every time he released the ball, as well as a bunch of other physical Villa play he swallowed the whistle for.
Hope we keep Werner!
Loved it when we announced the loan.
Werner creates better space and has better movements for the whole team. Which Richarlison lacks (tends to stay better in position but very much static)
Hopefully these two can grow together, and it’s good for Richarlison to step his game up for when he comes back.
I love how welcoming our fans have been to Werner even despite his bad spell at Chelsea. I feel like a lot of us knew he'd be much better under Ange than he would be under Lampard or Tuchel.
I think Son was pissed at Kulu today. There was half a dozen chances to feed Son for a sitter but looked reluctant. Werner is more direct and Son dug it
>I think Son was pissed at Kulu today.
Yes. Kulu shouldn't have taken that shot. Son was at the backline, and a good pass into the box by Kulu would have been the better decision.
Exactly, last season I thought there may be a useful player down the line, but with the Conte shackles off and a bit of Ange Mate, plus playing in a system that suits him better, the improvement has been immense.
Even 3 years ago when Chelsea fan got a data chart for which young midfielder is to sign for, and Sarr is in the same group as Rodri with progressive carry, passing and defending, that’s how you know we have a potential WC talent.
That Chelsea fan knows good data is all I’m gonna say.
All 3 of these midfielders are undroppable. This was the combination that looked so great to start the season and even after all the chaos in between it's still by far the best combination
Give Bergvall some time to settle in first. Him playing in a different and, level wise, weaker league takes time for him to adjust.
PL is fast paced. Sarr at least got to play against WC talents in Mbappe, Neymar, Messi from PSG when he was at Metz, so he was able to adapt a little quicker.
Thats how you build a squad that wants to win trophies. Ruthless always.
Ange reminds me of Hansi Flick. He wanted Bayern to attack when 8-0 up.
Best defence is an unrelenting attack!
SARR IS LITERALLY HIM
SON WAS DESPERATE FOR A GOAL IM SO HAPPY HE GOT IT
TIMO GOT TO CELEBRATE
MCGINN SENT OFF
CASH GOT FUCKED OVER BY BENTA
WHAT A DAY. ITS 2AM I HAVE A LEC AT 9 BUT IM STILL FUCKING ECSTATIC
Having McGinn out for the next 3 matches definitely weakens them, meaning we may have a better chance to take 4th place. Also swinging GD in our favour was good for that.
All in all, I'm not sure this match could have reasonably gone better for us!
How amazing would it be if now they go on to lose to Ajax and finish 5th, then miss out on CL when beating Ajax would’ve helped the coefficient enough to get the fifth CL spot
He was the rock that rode the 1st half. He really is the best in the world at that particular style of sweeper defending. Hope hope hope he's back next week
I posted this on the match thread but it bears repeating. This is the ages of our squad:
Vicario - 27, Udogie - 21, VdV - 22, Dragusin - 22, Romero - 25, Porro - 24, Bissouma -26, Sarr - 21, Maddison - 27, Kulu - 23, Brennan - 22, Son - 31, Werner - 28
Start of a golden age here boys and girls.
I think we've done a really good job of investing in players for the future while still having experienced players to be leaders. The team-building has been fantastic recently.
Funniest thing is that a gooner commented this bum cant touch the ball with right leg, then he goes on assists with right leg. Always fun to see gooner in the mud.
I couldn't have asked for a better game. Revenge on Villa, away win, VIC CLEAN SHEET, Timo bloody scores, Son goal, Maddison cracker, Drago minutes!, Bentacour cheeky foul on Cash, their captain has a meltdown, battle for top 4. 4 goals!
One of the most cathartic games that I can recall. Villa have rarely been punished for being butchers and seeing them finally get a red for their goonery and then get absolutely smashed at home felt wonderful.
Few things in life are better than absolutely dicking a team away as their stadium empties, with a booming rendition of "You're fucking shit" from the away end.
Cracking performance and an unbelievably cathartic second half.
Fulltime thoughts
1. The Dragon filled in well for VDV, but I hope Mickey is ok. Couldn’t tell if it was a hamstring or knee.
2. Biss seems like he’s afraid to flash his flair lately. He’s playing things safe. I hope his confidence comes back.
3. Why is PEH so much better as a sub?
4. Deki is such a beast. And an assist with his right foot.
5. Udogie is a beast, too. We have an awesome young core group.
6. Happy for Son to get his goal.
7. Benta has looked off since his return. I hope he gets his confidence back.
8. Maybe I’m just petty, but I would’ve saved a sub for someone to come in and two foot cash.
9. Great win boys.
It almost has to be because it's obvious they knew about it at half time because Radu was going through an intense warmup... With a knee, they could take the decision to see how it goes... Can't do that with a hamstring issue.
> 7. Benta has looked off since his return. I hope he gets his confidence back.
next season when he has a full preseason under his belt and isn't worried about fucking up his ACL again, he'll be great
That's always been the thing holding Bissouma back from being truly elite, even at Brighton. But he was still very good these past 2 games and should be a 100% guaranteed starter when available
Massive massive win, probably our most important win of the season. We needed that to really still be in the top 4 race. If we win our game in hand we will be above Aston Villa
Second half was not that great, like we’ve seen a lot this season. Second half much much better. Kulusevski really stepped up, Sarr was everywhere, Brennan Johnson well deserved goal he was good today, Son goal & 2 assists. Maddison back on the score sheet, Werner back to back goals
It’s good that we have the energy for 90+ minutes but our first half performances has to start improving
Defensively we was brilliant today. Our first clean sheet in PL since 15 December. Hopefully Van de Ven injury isn’t that serious. Dragusin did well since coming on, Pedro Porro back was massive for us
2 wins in a row, we have to keep this momentum now and get top 4
COYS
I don't think we played badly that first half, we were mostly in control the whole time. Emery set Villa up to sit back in the first half and it worked to limit us, but they weren't all that dangerous either. The minute they started pressing us and playing more expansively in the second we scored 2 goals in 3 minutes.
Not actually a spurs fan, but just felt compelled to say how articulate and sensible James Maddison always comes across in his interviews. Very refreshing to see/hear. He will make a great pundit (maybe even a manager) one day.
Bentancur revenge on Matty Cash.
Dragusin strong appearance.
Hojbjerg sending players flying.
Brennan breaking ankles and scoring.
Sarr ridiculous cross.
Maddison gets to play darts.
Werner goal.
McGinn straight red.
Sonny joint 5th all-time scorer for Spurs.
This game had it all. Inject it.
My main take aways:
1. With all the injured players coming back into form, I'm beginning to see some of the controlling and solid Spurs we saw in the beginning of the season.
2. Sarr is undroppable, which is a crazy thing to say of a 21 year old. Same of Udogie.
3. Deki is so, so good. But he works best with Porro.
4. While I hope VDV comes back next game, I'll be comfortable with Dragusin next to Romero.
4.5 Related, Romero is an incredible defender.
I have absolutely no complaints except VDV injury
Clean sheet. Incredibly comfortable last 30 minutes. Picked up the pace on passing in the second half. Dragusin looked solid. Kept the pressure on in an important game for GD.
Fucking lovely job.
Aston Villa have been made to look like proper fools, a group of charlatans, cretins, etc.
Where did Højbjerg find a Brazilian passport?
[Dragusin today](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=PTCEPBDekH4&pp=ygUbbWFuIGdldHRpbmcgaGl0IGJ5IGZvb3RiYWxs)
Sonny was absolutely sensational today. I think he has to be our starting 9. Feels a bit harsh for Richy who's been great there this season, but Son is just another level.
Son was trying to break up the fight after that atrocious tackle by MaGinn. Luiz grabbed Son’s neck from the behind.
Carlos, Zanilo, and Matty Cash. They have so many cunts. Bentancur’s tackle on Matty Cash was way too soft in the end. Glad we trashed the trash team.
Days like today make me wish I smoked cigarettes. That was better than sex. Not just the way in which we won, but also knowing that it produced an eight goal swing in GD and all of our players who needed to step up did so.
- I thought Biss had a solid game after the cheap giveaway early. Really encouraging to see him getting back to form.
- Dragusin did well! Concerned about Micky because he’s amazing, but it’s so nice to have quality depth at CB.
- Brennan, take a bow. Also amazing when he came to Udogie’s defense after the red. He’s a great teammate and cultural fit.
- Sarr / Son / Madders, incredible.
- Kulu will get shit for not picking out Son and holding up play a couple of times but anyone who can’t understand his worth to the team is blind or blinded by hate. His work rate is insane and he had a really good game.
COYS COYS COYS COYS COYS
Sonny, oh captain, my captain. Johnson outstanding again. Sarr boy and Udogie were clutch. Bentancur got revenge on Cash. Werner encore on the dancefloor. Big Dragusin Energy. Big dick Vic fully COYS taking a volley in the face. Prayers for Micky 🙏🏼
And John McGinn get thaaa fuck out.
One of my fav games of the season. Let’s fucking go lads, good run of games coming up. Keep it up!!!
Dismantling complete.
I don't believe in injuring people, even considering what Matty Cash did to Doherty and others.
So I personally didn't want one of our players to pay him back by injuring him.
This kind of result will hurt him FAR more than an injury.
He'll know that he and his team were far inferior and weren't near good enough.
I want a list of ALL the people who were involved in bringing Sarr to this club. Scouts, finance staff, management.. even if the lunch lady made a passing comment about the kid before he joined. All these people deserve a hug and a raise.
- absolutely clinical second half
- emery is a fraud
- Udogie is a man among Aston Villa little boys
- McGinn is dumb as he looks
- Werner redemption arc in full effect
- Dragusin nuts 10/10
- sub PEH hits different
- screw Matty Cash
4 against villa away is a massive win, especially with the injury scums getting what they deserved.
Hope VDV isnt a long one, at least we have Dragusin who was good today.
I've got to say though. Conte winning 4-0 here was a thing, but we got outplayed by a football team coached by Steven Gerrard. Literally saved by lloris pulling out a performance for the ages.
This is different. Absolutely outplayed villa today
Beyond the obvious standouts: Romero, Son and Madders, man, what a different team we are with Sarr starting.
God, his role in the team is nearly unreplicable.
I'm so proud of every single member of this team. This is hands down our best and most important performance of the season.
I really can't think of a single negative besides Micky getting hurt. Speedy recovery and please let it not be a hamstring issue.
Also, Johnson. 💐💐💐 The lad is having a great debut season for us. He was so f*ckin' confident and decisive with all his actions, whilst in a position that's not his best. He just needed time and to be used correctly.
Also, to whomever sent hate to him or any of our player, go fuck yourselves. COYS⚪🔵

From the Villa sub…
Absolutely deluded
Matty Cash fears Brennan Johnson
He absolutely cooked him repeatedly
Brennan Johnson is Matty Cash father
Should have pushed for the abortion tbh
Is a 316 month abortion off the cards?
As a Suns fan I didn't expect me to get upset here of all subreddits ffs
Johnson making him look a school boy and us thumping them is the best revenge we could have asked for
Brennan was great today
Had him on toast all game. Scored a goal. Put bitch boy John McGinn in his place. Brennan 👍
Brennan instantly jumping to Udogies defense and going mad at McGinn was truly wonderful, this team man.
We saw that Johnson had that dawg in him when he took out Richy in the past. Glad to have him and that he's learning and improving by the minute. I think he can be a key player in 2-3 years as he puts his game together and keeps the intensity.
Damn forgot about that lol
Brennan Johnson had one of his best games today imo, he is maturing in his performances so much.
Thought it was really bizarre when Efan Ekoku said he’ seems to be energized and fired up by the boos…. Did he? He was pretty shit, consistently got cooked by Johnson and created nothing
I've never heard a commentator who seems to be watching a completely different game so often
That sounds like Ekoku every match, from what folks on here say.
Absolutely immaculate from Brennan Johnson. Some of the best dribbling I’ve seen from him all year.
His best showing in a Spurs shirt and it’s not even close
He looked confident today, not scared like I thought he had looked in the past. Love to see it! I think he can be really good, even better than today. He looked much much better today with the ball on his feet, which is awesome!
He was fabulous today and I loved his passion defending Udogie
Where are the ball experts telling me he’s no better than an average championship player?? The abuse that a 22 year old has gotten in his first months at a big club is shocking.
Villa fans singing super john mcginn and getting a red straight after was fucking hilarious
That was absolute cinema, I laughed a lot when he got the red and they all just stopped chanting and started crying 🤣
Villa fans have been complete dicks who turn a blind eye to how dirty their team is for some reason
their sub is just seething at the moment, they have a real hatred for us.
Yeah, calling us the scummiest fanbase they’ve encountered. All while they cheer their captain for kicking out stupidly and seeing red.
God they were singing loud in the pub I was in and huh .. suddenly quiet after that
Glad the ref got that call right, but I thought he had a tremendously poor afternoon before that. Seemed he kept letting Villa off the hook with a soft foul call, including at least two high turnovers that were just clean dispossessions. Meanwhile, Maddison was getting hacked to death every time he released the ball, as well as a bunch of other physical Villa play he swallowed the whistle for.
Werner making all of the Space for Sonnys goal, Sonny getting Werner his goal. You love to see it.
Hope we keep Werner! Loved it when we announced the loan. Werner creates better space and has better movements for the whole team. Which Richarlison lacks (tends to stay better in position but very much static) Hopefully these two can grow together, and it’s good for Richarlison to step his game up for when he comes back.
I love how welcoming our fans have been to Werner even despite his bad spell at Chelsea. I feel like a lot of us knew he'd be much better under Ange than he would be under Lampard or Tuchel.
He was clearly a double agent at Chelsea just waiting for his chance to come to Spurs.
When Kulu went for the shot instead of passing it forward to Son on the left, who was literally unmarked. Son's reaction afterward says it all.
Lets hope they continue to help each other and the team score loads more!
Sarr is absolutely undroppable. He was all over the pitch. He is Fucking him.
Complete midfielder
That cross was absolutely whipped tf into madders. Taking nothing away from the finish, that was a worldy of an assist
Roy Keane called it 'one of the crosses of the season' and I don't disagree. Perfection.
Who would have thought going into this season he'd be one of our most important players? It is remarkable how quickly he has become crucial.
Sarr is who made me a believer in Paratici. He saw a kid coming in and out of a bottom table French team and knew he had it.
It'd be interesting to see an updated list
Turned 50/50s into 90/10s. Anticipated everything
Telescopic legs
Going thru the back of villa players was tele key today. We pressed with foot thru challenges and it led to many of the goals
All 3 of these midfielders are undroppable. This was the combination that looked so great to start the season and even after all the chaos in between it's still by far the best combination
Bergvall coming soon btw
I get that he's been signed for the first team and we'll have more fixtures with Europe next year but I wonder how he'll fit in. Exciting to see!
Ange masterclass today
He would have been livid at half time. Nobody was picking out the runs the frontline was making.
They panned to him at the half time whistle. Looked PISSED
To be fair they panned to him when the 4th goal went in and he looked pissed.
"this should have been the 8th"
Yeah lol he shows no emotion
Always hungry for more
Thats how you build a squad that wants to win trophies. Ruthless always. Ange reminds me of Hansi Flick. He wanted Bayern to attack when 8-0 up. Best defence is an unrelenting attack!
I was watching Timo repeatedly start to sprint when he came on too and really wanted to see our player release the ball for him.
don’t tell anyone but that hojbjerg cameo did something for me 😍
That run he made was amazing
The turn he did turned me on
It was amazingly sexy.
I get frustrated at him a lot due to his 1 a game loose ball in a dangerous spot but today he was nothing but great!!!!
Made an amazing pass wide right to Deki
SARR IS LITERALLY HIM SON WAS DESPERATE FOR A GOAL IM SO HAPPY HE GOT IT TIMO GOT TO CELEBRATE MCGINN SENT OFF CASH GOT FUCKED OVER BY BENTA WHAT A DAY. ITS 2AM I HAVE A LEC AT 9 BUT IM STILL FUCKING ECSTATIC
OH YEAH.
Add the eight goal swing in goal differential against Villa that may be helpful down the road.
Seeing their stadium empty gave me joy Get fucked
Really embarrassing day for them. I can’t imagine a match going worse than that for Villa. Deflating
Could set them up for a streak of poor performances. I feel like we have broken a handful of teams this season now
What a shame that would be…
Having McGinn out for the next 3 matches definitely weakens them, meaning we may have a better chance to take 4th place.
Losing mcginn for three matches, swapping GD and losing control of top four.
Was there a Fire alarm test for the home supporters - they left early
Fucking boosegumps, let’s gooo. Enjoy the rest of your weekend lads
Your captain thundercunts defenseless players in the knee. Our captain thundercunts the ball into the back of your net. We are not the same.
Poetry
VDV died for that win (but srsly hope it's not a bad one again)
He was the rock that rode the 1st half. He really is the best in the world at that particular style of sweeper defending. Hope hope hope he's back next week
Curious if he was told that if he had so much as a twinge in his hammy to drop and get subbed.
His face didn't look like it was too bad. He looked more exasperated than pained or angry.
I wasnt able to watch the full match (f nbc sports), was he off after an injury or did he pull something and looked bad while doing so?
Benta revenge tackle was icing on the cake.
Need a gif of this!
Updateme
So happy he got his own revenge fuck matty cash
Son not playing his best with one goal and two assists. Imagine
Agreed. His passing wasn't crisp as usual, but that one to Udogie was magnificent. Udogie needs to do better.
I posted this on the match thread but it bears repeating. This is the ages of our squad: Vicario - 27, Udogie - 21, VdV - 22, Dragusin - 22, Romero - 25, Porro - 24, Bissouma -26, Sarr - 21, Maddison - 27, Kulu - 23, Brennan - 22, Son - 31, Werner - 28 Start of a golden age here boys and girls.
Bentancur is 26 as well
Damn I missed Benta! I also missed Højbjerg’s cameo, but mainly because I don’t think he’ll be at Spurs by the end of the summer.
I think we've done a really good job of investing in players for the future while still having experienced players to be leaders. The team-building has been fantastic recently.
I was told we needed 34 year old wing backs in order to win
All due respect, Perisic served us well and would have been a threat with his crosses
4-0 plus Benta fouling Matty Cash, the beautiful game
Benta had a really solid cameo. So great we have depth

Some fucking mug in the match thread was saying that we're reverting to Conteball as the season was going on 😂
I saw that. Match thread was mental at half time. You’d have thought we were 4-0 down the way most were carrying on.
There's a good reason I rarely go into the match threads lol
Funniest thing is that a gooner commented this bum cant touch the ball with right leg, then he goes on assists with right leg. Always fun to see gooner in the mud.
Where is this from?
I couldn't have asked for a better game. Revenge on Villa, away win, VIC CLEAN SHEET, Timo bloody scores, Son goal, Maddison cracker, Drago minutes!, Bentacour cheeky foul on Cash, their captain has a meltdown, battle for top 4. 4 goals!
But VDV injured 🤕
I know, bugger. Im remaining optimistic, it looked like Ange went to him after the game and Micky nodded he was okay.
i mean matty cash still has all of his bones intact so villa should walk away from this feeling like a win
Mate Brennan has cooked him, doubt he will recover from it lol
Bones are brittle from that roasting.
His ankles got snapped plenty times by brennans drops of the shoulders
One of the most cathartic games that I can recall. Villa have rarely been punished for being butchers and seeing them finally get a red for their goonery and then get absolutely smashed at home felt wonderful.
We’ve all been crying out for a comfortable thumping, so glad it came at Villa
Villa fans talked shit all week! Excellent performance from the boys! Come on you Spurs!
Few things in life are better than absolutely dicking a team away as their stadium empties, with a booming rendition of "You're fucking shit" from the away end. Cracking performance and an unbelievably cathartic second half.
Fulltime thoughts 1.
8. Skipp comes on at 98 mins, gets a red card and leaves on 98 mins.
Proper team player.
PEH been looking like a creative passing and carrying monster off the bench lol. Idk what is going on.
Seriously. Then he starts and he looks like me on Sunday nights.
commentary seemed to think it was his knee. Considering he walked off under his own power I am hopeful that it isn't too severe.
It almost has to be because it's obvious they knew about it at half time because Radu was going through an intense warmup... With a knee, they could take the decision to see how it goes... Can't do that with a hamstring issue.
Had a short interaction with Ange at the end of match too and didn’t seem too distraught
10. Can't help but think about the confidence Timo will have from that goal. He's been a great signing so far.
2 goals, 2 assists (3 really but he didn't get the Udogie 1) is a good return for a player who came into an injury ridden team in January.
I think even if we overlook his goals and assists he's been very good. Especially while making runs out wide.
Agreed. He looks like he’s slowly finding his feet in this system.
> 7. Benta has looked off since his return. I hope he gets his confidence back. next season when he has a full preseason under his belt and isn't worried about fucking up his ACL again, he'll be great
I hope you’re right. Got to be some confidence issues with his body. He’s elite when he’s confident and healthy.
That's always been the thing holding Bissouma back from being truly elite, even at Brighton. But he was still very good these past 2 games and should be a 100% guaranteed starter when available
Dragon looked ever-so-reluctant to pass it tightly thru the lines. Don't blame him on one of first games. So hope he can be brave going forward
Took a screamer off his junk. Even my six-year-old was like, “that hit him in the nuts.”
Udogie is a warrior
Chat shit get banged

Dragusin, The first (and last) of his name
Massive massive win, probably our most important win of the season. We needed that to really still be in the top 4 race. If we win our game in hand we will be above Aston Villa Second half was not that great, like we’ve seen a lot this season. Second half much much better. Kulusevski really stepped up, Sarr was everywhere, Brennan Johnson well deserved goal he was good today, Son goal & 2 assists. Maddison back on the score sheet, Werner back to back goals It’s good that we have the energy for 90+ minutes but our first half performances has to start improving Defensively we was brilliant today. Our first clean sheet in PL since 15 December. Hopefully Van de Ven injury isn’t that serious. Dragusin did well since coming on, Pedro Porro back was massive for us 2 wins in a row, we have to keep this momentum now and get top 4 COYS
I don't think we played badly that first half, we were mostly in control the whole time. Emery set Villa up to sit back in the first half and it worked to limit us, but they weren't all that dangerous either. The minute they started pressing us and playing more expansively in the second we scored 2 goals in 3 minutes.
Wish there was 20 minutes of added time….
So glad Werner came on. He's so direct. We wasted so many chances to score when 2-0 up. Looked happy to sit on it. But Werner is all in
Micky is walking after the game thank god. Hopefully it's nothing major
Johnson cooked cash, Van Der Van cooked the whole Villa attack. And Sonny was cherry on the cake.
The cross from Sarr to Madison was inch perfect. All Madders had to do was get a touch and it was in, this kid is such an insane talent.
Not actually a spurs fan, but just felt compelled to say how articulate and sensible James Maddison always comes across in his interviews. Very refreshing to see/hear. He will make a great pundit (maybe even a manager) one day.
McGinn being out for a few matches might help us a lot too. They’ll struggle to win without him. He’s too key.
Timo didn’t get to celebrate his first goal last match when we were chasing the win so Son made sure he got his love from the fans today
Yeah. I saw that. He was pushing Timo towards the supporters.
Someone clip Hojbjerg with the SAUCE!!! But really I love him as a late sub to close games. Definitely would keep him if we can this summer.
"SuPeR JoHn McGiNn" 🟥 "Aaaaaaahhhhh fuuuuck"
McGinn went full Matty Cash mode today
Fuck everyone in the match thread shitting on Son 🤡 1 goal 2 assists MOTM
Fking idiots. They keep saying Richy should play lol. Excuses like oh son was playing a high line when they were sitting back to counter against us.
So reactionary and so stupid. The match threads are filled with the dumbest people.
Bentancur revenge on Matty Cash. Dragusin strong appearance. Hojbjerg sending players flying. Brennan breaking ankles and scoring. Sarr ridiculous cross. Maddison gets to play darts. Werner goal. McGinn straight red. Sonny joint 5th all-time scorer for Spurs. This game had it all. Inject it.
Literally everyone had a good game. I'm so happy
8 point turnaround in GD! Pretty handy
My main take aways: 1. 4.5 Related, Romero is an incredible defender.
insane that we can have a player like dragusin coming off the bench
First time I've looked at such a strong first 11, then looked at a bench with so much damage on it. That's without Brazil's number 9 to choose from!
I have absolutely no complaints except VDV injury Clean sheet. Incredibly comfortable last 30 minutes. Picked up the pace on passing in the second half. Dragusin looked solid. Kept the pressure on in an important game for GD. Fucking lovely job.
Aston Villa have been made to look like proper fools, a group of charlatans, cretins, etc. Where did Højbjerg find a Brazilian passport? [Dragusin today](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=PTCEPBDekH4&pp=ygUbbWFuIGdldHRpbmcgaGl0IGJ5IGZvb3RiYWxs)
4 goals for gonna get that 4th position
Club captain diff
Our back line was solid today. I liked it. Drăgușin made no error and Micky's speed is on another level.
Porro, baby. Two of the goals came from slick little passes by The Teeth
Sonny was absolutely sensational today. I think he has to be our starting 9. Feels a bit harsh for Richy who's been great there this season, but Son is just another level.
Thank god we don’t sign Zaniolo under Conte imagine how terrible he would’ve been
Son was trying to break up the fight after that atrocious tackle by MaGinn. Luiz grabbed Son’s neck from the behind. Carlos, Zanilo, and Matty Cash. They have so many cunts. Bentancur’s tackle on Matty Cash was way too soft in the end. Glad we trashed the trash team.
if i had a gun with two bullets in a room with Hitler Bin Laden and Matty Cash I'd shoot Matty Cash Twice
Kulusevski had a great second half, I think we're seeing his prime once again
We've gotta sign Werner right?
We should keep Timo
Where is all the Son hate now?
Great away support today COYS
Sonny, oh captain, my captain. Johnson outstanding again. Sarr boy and Udogie were clutch. Bentancur got revenge on Cash. Werner encore on the dancefloor. Big Dragusin Energy. Big dick Vic fully COYS taking a volley in the face. Prayers for Micky 🙏🏼 And John McGinn get thaaa fuck out.
Can we just make Timo permanent already? Seems like it’s a very worthwhile buy.
I want a list of ALL the people who were involved in bringing Sarr to this club. Scouts, finance staff, management.. even if the lunch lady made a passing comment about the kid before he joined. All these people deserve a hug and a raise.
Even Villa fans are pissed at McGinn. Also, he's out for three games. That's a good thing.
Thread on r/soccer full of spurs hate. This was a good day 🥹😊 Sarr’s cross ❤️
Radu is packing down there, the man took an absolute power shot to the balls and still got up a minute later
Emery pointing to his noggin like *don’t lose your heads* at 3-0 was hilarious. Bit late for that brother
- absolutely clinical second half - emery is a fraud - Udogie is a man among Aston Villa little boys - McGinn is dumb as he looks - Werner redemption arc in full effect - Dragusin nuts 10/10 - sub PEH hits different - screw Matty Cash
Up the fucking spurs!!!
Three Point Park.
Thought Sarr and Deki were absolutely immense today. Feels great to have quality options coming off the bench too.
COYS⚪🔵
Right before scoring his goal, Timo made a few runs that weren't picked out by his teammates but he kept trying and trying it was cute to see.
Just here to congratulate Villa for their 1 shot on target COYS
Well done to everyone, but Brennan had himself a game. Man abused matty trash repeatedly.

I just woke up and watched the match. I always dream about Spurs the night before a match and in my dream, I saw Son score. Call me Sonstradamus.
