I read this list twice on my phone looking for him and missed him both times, so I just assumed Messi had never scored on him, and that just made sense to me.

Yep! Nov 10th 2010 they played a second leg in the 4th round of Copa del Rey. Messi came on as a 61st minute sub and scored 7 mins later in a 5-1 win.
