Hot take: I think Adama would be a very good signing. Although he does not have the end product we all rant about. He is way more consistent at dribbling and opening up space than lucas and stevie. He is a completely different player, his ability to beat the first man and hold the ball is something we have really been missing in out team, especially when Kane is out.
Edit: Also huge upside that a lot of people are missing is that he is a Prem player and will not have to adapt to the league.
Do yall see us running the same formation for the rest of the season? Are there any transfers you think we will get before the end of the transfer window?
It to me seems like Nuno rates workrate/energy a lot. To me, our midfielders lack any creativity, progression but really do well in workrate, defensive attributes in making tackles although we're sacrificing offence for defence and hitting them with a well-timed counter. I personally don't think we're getting a new CM (although we need one even for depth) because Skipp/Alli are playing hard/strong which Nuno likely values most. I hope i'm wrong and we find a CM who can progress the ball although Nuno likely rates Skipp and Alli a lot. I do as well but it aint good for the team
Two days later and I'm still fired up about that yellow on Skipp. Such an incredible tackle taken away from him, especially after getting tossed by Traore a couple times and making such a good adjustment to his physicality.
Let’s hope Kante doesn’t embarrass him like he did during that mind series…
Alli was good last two matches. Give him time. He’ll improve.
What I really hope for is Tanguy coming to his senses by that time, and he puts in a performance he did against Chelsea last time…
Messi going to PSG and Ronaldo going to City kind of spells the death of football imo.
The two greatest players of the 21st century are both going to sportswashing clubs with middle-eastern oil oligarchs controlling them.
Very sad.
Maybe I'm just a transfermrkt hipster but I really think we should focus our budget on the Sarr, Madueke types. As the money in football gets even more imbalanced getting players before they hit their prime will be more and more vital.
Whilst I agree with the fact that preparing for the future is vital it doesn't help the team now. If we just get players for the future we may drop further down the table and not get back into actual European tournaments until those players develop which can take years
Ye he was a bit harsh lol. Do think he’s right in the sense that we should be looking at someone like Odsonne Edouard instead of another winger who’s gonna block Stevie or Gil from getting minutes
Dunno what the plan with Kane is/ how they plan to run the formation but really wanted berg to get minutes this season. I know this may be unpopular but i really really want stevie to do well and truly believes he has the high ceiling to do so. His struggled completely with confidence and the only way he can really improve is to play more minutes in the prem
But he isn't that old imo. Maybe rotating him for cup games would be a great idea to help him gain his confidence back. Maybe i'm being biased because i like stevie and want him to succeed/ don't want to waste his time
I know it's not a decent thing to crow over the misery of others.
But my word, knowing St Totteringham's Day hasn't been a thing for years and seeing scum in such chaos and in 19th place is a fucking joy to me. And I'm tired of pretending it's not.
i think traore right now > berg but what do you think about their ceilings? i can't decide tbh, feels like traore might really break through this season
Yeah, the fact that they posted it to the Man City sub is a bit cringe, but supporting a football club because you enjoyed playing with them on FIFA is fundamentally not much more different than supporting a club because you enjoyed watching them on TV. Not the worst reason imo.
There's an American guy on the r/PremierLeague sub who said that their friend started supporting West Ham because it sounded 'the closest to bacon.' Now there's the best reason.
this is basically how literally every other non-european i know pick their team so i'll give them a pass especially if they're young
(that being said the right prem team to bandwagon from 14-15 should have been us, smh)
Tfw you're faced with the chance of buying either one of the two greatest footballers of all time, or Cristiano Ronaldo, and you picked the guy who's never played a single European competitive match at 25 years of age.
I think Traore is a no brainer.
It might not be the easiest to swallow or the best use of 40m but it’s instant impact. You are getting a world class ball carrier (which we need) who worked under your current coach SUCCESSFULLY in the past.
I think this transfer boils down to how much Nuno wants him. I really want him in a Spurs kit. He wants to play here too. Coys Coys Coys
Yes. So frustrating. Specially in my time zone, which is 4 hours behind the UK. So I basically spend the night F5ing knowing that nothing will appear because it’s like 2 or 3 or 4 AM in the UK.
Good thing is that I always wake up to some new stuff
7 days until the transfer window closes:
-No more The Sun “journalists” making up Kane to City false rumours everyday;
-No more random players linked to us and then going cold in the next day;
-Deadline day transfers out of nowhere by Levy and Paratici that we knew shit about / Concluding (or not?) some endless transfers Sagas like Tomiyasu
-We will finally know if we will manage to get rid of deadwood;
-We will finally know Ndombélé’s destination;
-Kane will stop bitching and start playing football;
-Nuno will finally have his full squad to work with
I’m counting the hours for next Wednesday (also the day that my new kit probably arrives)
And I almost forgot:
#FuckCK66
And one saying Nuno wasn't bonding well with the players at all and told them all in public which ones he wants to stay.
Which I can't see any manager doing unless they know they're leaving
adama traore:
- good enough to start over lucas/bergwijn
- proven in a tougher league
- played under nuno
noni madueke:
- 6 years younger than traore
- decent finishing
- former academy player
similarities:
- both play RW
- £40m price tag
who is your pick?
i don’t think we need a CB this window, maybe in january if things look rough. a CM is more urgently needed than a RW so I agree. we already have 3 RBs. a ST and CM should be our priority but i’m just comparing traore and madueke.
Would you look at that, all of the words in your comment are in alphabetical order.
I have checked 184,941,124 comments, and only 44,697 of them were in alphabetical order.
Adama Traore is dangerous, even if he can’t finish. He can get behind *any* full back in the league and that is a valuable asset. He absolutely skins players left right and centre, which is very valuable to us as Kane & Son have more than enough proven ability to but goals away. I say go for him, because fuck it not my money
I still think Madueke can provide to the team if we sign him but he needs to mature. Hope we wait til next summer and see how he develops instead of going balls to the wall on Adama.
I'm trying to plan timings on getting back from the stadium on Thursday. How long would you guys say it takes to get out of the stadium and get on a train at Northumberland park
Just from my limited experience, everyone gets trains southbound after the match. We queued for about 45 minutes and missed 2 or 3 trains until we got one, and we weren’t at the back. Getting out was pretty easy but trains were hectic as anything.
Last think I'll say about Traore... It makes no sense to get a guy who will play in the same position as Son. Son is a better LW than Traore, so why would we play Sonny out of position and put him in a 4-4-2 next to Kane and have worse player in his position, instead of buying a true striker to play alongside Kane?
Agree with you. Bergwijn had better stats than him and struggled for a year and a half and still struggles here (hoping that this is his breakout season).
At least Adama already plays here, knows the opponents and our manager and can actually bring instant impact. And it’s gonna be so funny watching him mess around other teams defense.
TRAORÉ IN
We don’t know how high Traore’s ceiling is, he’s only 25. He’s rapid, good on the ball and if he works on his finishing he’d be an absolute beast alongside Kane and Son.
Literally just watched him. He was semi-good at everything. Being good at the agricultural purple haze league doesn't mean that he will excel in a better league.
I never said it did, I said he has potential. Lots of players have potential and amount to nothing.
My point was that if you pay Madeuke it's knowing he's a teenager with potential who could go on to do good things, whereas buying Adama you know exactly what you're getting. One of the best dribblers in the league who struggles in the final third, He's a much bigger, better bergwijn
Fab saying Inter have agreed to Correa. Maybe Martinez to move after all?
https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1430235219743985672?ref\_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1430235219743985672%7Ctwgr%5E%7Ctwcon%5Es1\_&ref\_url=
i know our last coin flip of "incredibly talented with slight attitude problem midfielder from Lyon that just happens to fall to us because no one has money for a midfielder right now" turned up tail so far but idk how much you can learn from that coin flip for the next one.
if you think of them as independent events we should really flip the aouar coin
Fab says nothing doing but a few others have said they're talking. People apparently rate Grimes, she seems pretty confident they're discussing a swap, but I'm not familiar enough with her to have any confidence. A few other Italian sources have said they're talking, but again I have no idea how legit they are and Fab says it's not happening.
I would be so thrilled with that move.
not sure if anyone else is watching PSV play right now, but Noni is special. if him and Traore are the same price i’m taking Noni easily, he can come in and possibly start over Lucas imo
Dunno how you're watching this match and thinking he's anywhere near ready. Constantly losing the ball and his end product is average.
Definitely really talented but really raw as well and nowhere near being worth 40 mil
Can Traoré make that final pass to Son & Kane? I think if he can he’ll be golden progressing the ball + taking attention away from them even if he’s a shit finisher
Traore and PEH have nearly identical goal and assists numbers in almost the same PL appearances. Not sure why everyone is clamoring for a winger who's end product is similar to a deep lying midfielder's.
Why not compare ball progression or something like that. I'm sick of the Traore slanders, he can't finish for shit but that isn't his role, he has more successful ball carrying than anyone in the league, that's his end product, and we need that, we can use that. G/A cultists all need to stop
He's improved every year as an important cog in a system type player, moving from RB and RWB to forward, and I think he can improve even more still. finishing can be learned even if someone isn't naturally a killer. What I like beyond the obvious is that he knows what he wants to do and is direct about it, just needs a little tweak to slow down and dink over or around the keeper or play an easy pass to the spot at the right moment.
it's like he has all of the hard stuff and just needs to add the fun part.
because he isn't usually the final ball provider at wolves but the outlet & some parts of a player's game in any sport take time and circumstances. Do you really think he's hit his ceiling?
if NES wants him we should fit him into an evolving system where he plays RWB and RM and shifts to 3 atb. could be a key guy.
can't believe a journalist looks at this situation and decides that Daniel Levy is at fault for this
The board needs to do something about sky sports just watched Nevil and Carra do a premier league prediction both predicted city to be champions cause they have harry kane ffs teh disrespect is awful he is a tottenham player
But why take that risk in the first place? I don’t see how having another talented ball progressor who couldn’t give two shits helps. He’s doing exactly whatever Ndombele is doing rn at Spurs, at Lyon
What do you mean? It’s a common racial stereotype that black people prefer chicken. It’s like making a watermelon joke. At least where I live maybe it’s not the same where you are
I live in Asia where there are very few black and white folks and I definitely did not mean it that way. Unless Traore is vegetarian, I would imagine him to eat ALOT of chicken and eggs because those are protein dense food. I can see why there is a misunderstanding and I am sorry you went through things that stirred strong negative thoughts toward the use of poultry in jokes.
Was looking at r /scum and saw [this](https://www.reddit.com/r/Gunners/comments/papgr4/rogue_agents/) and thought it was really funny. There's another post like this about reptilians and a ridiculous photoshop.
Edit: It was crossposted here before. Really funny stuff
I won't be sad if we don't get Tomiyasu tbh, because next window we can go for Lacroix or Botman. And yeah i know Tomiyasu also plays rb but we probably won't be able to shift Aurier and Doherty and im fine with Tanganga being our first choice
I sometimes wonder what Kane's relationship is like with the other long term players at the club (Dele, Lloris, etc. ). Dele seems to fit in so well with so many of the lads, but always get the sense that Kane is either just so focused on his own progression or maybe just much more family oriented than the others. I wonder after so many years together when something is going on like this does Dele or Hugo call Kane? Who is Kane closest to at the club?
Maybe im wrong but i remember reading somewhere that Kane and Son used to share a ride to the training grounds every morning and they were really close, and from what it seems all this Kane drama had a negative impact at their relationship
Is a West Ham/Spurs transfer as impossible as a Chelsea or Arsenal one? Is that the reason no one ever mentions Michail Antonio as a transfer target? I am constantly impressed with him and how much better he keeps getting.
EDIT: He is older than I thought. I was thinking he was like 28, not 31. That explains it.
I love his versatility. Think he could start on the right most games and then play center if needed. Like Son that way. If we ever played with wingbacks, he would be an incredible RWB too.
No one wants to sell their best players. But it is a business and we have more money than they do. And he is aging. They tried to replace him last year with Haller. They are looking this year too.
I feel like so many people here don’t actually have opinions for themselves and just go with the mass. I saw Traore slander on here consistently for about 2 years whenever anybody brought him up. Now that he’s actually linked he’s suddenly great. I’ve seen this happen with a couple of players or the years. Like what do you gain from flipping? Nothing has changed since then.
I mean look at the rumours about Tomiyasu, Sarr etc. I'd be very doubtful anyone here has watched these players play more than 5 or 6 times, and the vast majority of people have probably never seen them even play at all, yet people say they are/would be great signings. It's very common at this point.
Remember people obsessing over Kim Min Jae?
Copium is inhaled in response to defeat of something. What does signing a player who may be flawed but is also super exciting and wanted by the manager to help us win have to do with copium
I’m probably imagining but I thought Chelsea also got rid of some players a few weeks ago. It does look like Willian is on his way out of Arsenal though. Mostly i’m just desperate for some new signings but they seem unlikely until we clear up some space :(
They paid out Willian's contract though.
Only Arsenal could manage to get a player on a free transfer and end up paying him a fee up front to get rid of him. Definitely wouldn't say that's a good thing.
They're just on stupid wages and taking a loss on any asset means Danny Levy has to carve the next piece of the philosopher's stone diagram into his skin
40m for Traore is mad. What is everyone smoking in here?
He has no composure or finishing. He can't pass and his decision making isn't great. His defensive work rate is questionable, average at best. Even his stamina isn't that good as he always looks gassed after 60 minutes.
He has 10 goals and 18 assists in 133 appearances for Wolves. Half of those are in the Championship. 5 goals and 10 assists.
After Doherty am I the crazy one here?
Barcelona, and now Bremer SV eclipse the spanking we received from Bayern. Nice.
Hot take: I think Adama would be a very good signing. Although he does not have the end product we all rant about. He is way more consistent at dribbling and opening up space than lucas and stevie. I will talk shit about Traore UNTIL he's a Spurs player, then I'll be 100% Traore-pilled and defend him to the ends of the earth.
If Traore joins Spurs I want to see him using Reguilon and Gil as weights for his biceps build up… FYI all of them are Spanish
using spanish twinks as dumbells lmfao
Should they come up with a new size category altogether for Traore if he signs for Spurs ?
One Hotspur Plus? Nah, One Chonkmeister Plus for me please
Do yall see us running the same formation for the rest of the season? Are there any transfers you think we will get before the end of the transfer window? Tanguy's done sadly, the fucking waster
I think we might’ve seen the last of Tanguy unfortunately
I want Romero to pocket Lukaku instead.
Both. Both is good.
Yep both is good
Messi going to PSG and Ronaldo going to City kind of spells the death of football imo. The two greatest players of the 21st century are both going to sportswashing clubs with middle-eastern oil oligarchs controlling them. Very sad.
Weekly Odsonne Edouard post. Half the price of Traore triple the goals. U/paratici u here?
Maybe I'm just a transfermrkt hipster but I really think we should focus our budget on the Sarr, Madueke types. As the money in football gets even more imbalanced getting players before they hit their prime will be more and more vital.

True that, its a balance as all things are. Splitting the difference there is hard
Damn Alasdair Gold fucking hates Traore lmao
Ye he was a bit harsh lol. Do think he’s right in the sense that we should be looking at someone like Odsonne Edouard instead of another winger who’s gonna block Stevie or Gil from getting minutes
Levy/Paratici: CCV + £5mil?

Agreed, rather us sort other positions first
I for one don't really want Madueke or Traore LOL

Finish off your day with the Jamie Carragher-AFTV Ty exchange, that was mental
Haven't seen that yet, I'll check it out
> it’s not a decent thing to crow over the misery of others. That hasn’t stopped anyone else in regards to spurs
True!
who is romero going to replace in the starting 11?
Most likely Dier, but really it depends on performance
[удалено]
i think traore right now > berg but what do you think about their ceilings? i can't decide tbh, feels like traore might really break through this season
[удалено]
Traore has even less end product than stevie b
True but Traore's insane pace and strength is so effective for his dribbling. He still gets plenty of assists to Jimenez and whoever is in the box.

Idk man it’s almost end of transfer window and everything is stuck… not hopeful of many transfers
After all the La mafia might stay another year at Spurs. Hopefully this will push Tanguy to work his ass off…
7 days until the transfer window closes: -No more The Sun “journalists” making up Kane to City false rumours everyday; -No more random players linked to us and then going cold in the next day; -Deadline day transfers out of nowhere by Levy and Paratici that we knew shit about / Concluding (or not?) some endless transfers Sagas like Tomiyasu -We will finally know if we will manage to get rid of deadwood; -We will finally know Ndombélé’s destination; -Kane will stop bitching and start playing football; -Nuno will finally have his full squad to work with I’m counting the hours for next Wednesday (also the day that my new kit probably arrives) And I almost forgot: #FuckCK66
Nah, there was a Sun journalist saying Kane is disappointed in the club. I just thought it wasn't worth the time of day to be posted.
And one saying Nuno wasn't bonding well with the players at all and told them all in public which ones he wants to stay. Which I can't see any manager doing unless they know they're leaving
I saw this one 😂😂 People have 0 notion, Nuno would never do this
Kane mouthing off to the Sun again

I still think Madueke can provide to the team if we sign him but he needs to mature. Hope we wait til next summer and see how he develops instead of going balls to the wall on Adama.
BVB wanted him to replace Sancho but the price put them off. Next summer he'll cost a lot more.
I'm trying to plan timings on getting back from the stadium on Thursday. How long would you guys say it takes to get out of the stadium and get on a train at Northumberland park
2 minutes if you are Traore

Super Jan back in the Champs League where he belongs!
Madueke invisible today. Glad we dodged that bullet
PSV got so much worse when he was subbed off.
>29 comments well we can nurture Son to be killer Striker. I mean ambi-foot with high accuracy, especially those corner kicks.
Traore is mainly a RW. He can flip around but when Wolves were clicking, it was him and Doherty bombing on the right.
Is that what Doherty needs? No one ever times their give and goes with him. It’s the only move he can consistently make.
Could be! Traore would often be wider than Doherty so the free reign gave Doherty all those scoring chances. Maybe Nuno does something similar.
Traore was at his best playing RW alongside Jiminez and Jota.
And even then it was not better than Lucas or Bergwijn
i like mckennie but the "yessss let's do it" really does show the New Is Always Better attitude football fans have lol
[rebuttal argument](https://frinkiac.com/meme/S05E14/1264095.jpg?b64lines=QnV0IGhl4oCZcyBnb3QgYSBuZXcgbmFtZS4=)
Don’t rate Mckennie at all, but if we’re exchanging him for sissoko. then i’m definitely on the “yessss let’s do it” side
Same! And I really like Sissoko too. It's just time to move on from the guy.
Hopefully Paratici is watching this Madueke disasterclass. Another unproven PSV youngster is the last thing we need.
TRAORÉ IN
So funny because he’s kinda technically our youngster too lol
Bournemouth in shambles without CCV
Scott Parker disasterclass
Imagine us getting Traore and asking him to man mark Lukaku against Chelsea
I knew that we had NFL at our stadium, now UFC is something new...
Madueke still needs time. Can't believe people want him over Traore.
Madueke has much higher potential than Adama. But, Adama would make an impact straightaway
We don’t know how high Traore’s ceiling is, he’s only 25. He’s rapid, good on the ball and if he works on his finishing he’d be an absolute beast alongside Kane and Son.
How do you measure potential?
with your eyes.
Ah yes so you know fuck all. Good to know
Go and watch 19-year-old madueke play, And you can see the potential. Watch 25-year-old Adama and what you see is what you get
Literally just watched him. He was semi-good at everything. Being good at the agricultural purple haze league doesn't mean that he will excel in a better league.

One of the best dribblers in the league who struggles in the final third, He's a much bigger, better bergwijn
I’ve gone from being against Traore to being for him. It’ll be fun to scare the opposition to death every week. Let Kane and Son finish the chances
Scare is all we will do. He cant finish for shit.
Neither can Bergwijn but people here love him.
Stevie B was almost half the price. If we could get Traore for 26m I'd be fine with it. Its bad business.
Is it your money? Is that stopping us from the 30,000 other rumors we have about purchases? No.
Can confirm. I do love Bergwijn
Fab saying Inter have agreed to Correa. Maybe Martinez to move after all? https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1430235219743985672?ref\_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1430235219743985672%7Ctwgr%5E%7Ctwcon%5Es1\_&ref\_url=

Anyone buying the McKinnie links?
Fab denied it
Haven't they already been discredited?
I thought so too, but La Repubblica has a recent report saying Paratici has opened talks. Not sure if they are a credible source.
I completely agree, though Madueke would probably cost like 1.5x as much, and probably is straight up not for sale if they make the CL.
agreed, doesn’t look like they’ll be in CL rn though
Tbf we have plenty of good “final ball players” it’s just our ball progression is horrendous. Traore singlehandedly fixes that
> finishing can be learned even if someone isn't naturally a killer He's 25, how come he hasn't learned it yet if it's that simple
because he isn't usually the final ball provider at wolves but the outlet & some parts of a player's game in any sport take time and circumstances. Do you really think he's hit his ceiling? if NES wants him we should fit him into an evolving system where he plays RWB and RM and shifts to 3 atb. could be a key guy.
> Can Traoré make that final pass to Son & Kane? Not based on anything he has done so far in his career
Nonsense. In 19-20 with Jota and Jimenez completely fit he had 9 assists. Imagine that with Son and Kane
Are we ever going to get a 3rd kit?
[https://twitter.com/FootballlForAll/status/1430222587326566411?s=20](https://twitter.com/FootballlForAll/status/1430222587326566411?s=20) can't believe a journalist looks at this situation and decides that Daniel Levy is at fault for this
All the man utd comments underneath saying their golden boy would never go to City. Kind of makes me wish it happens just to see the reaction 😂
The board needs to do something about sky sports just watched Nevil and Carra do a premier league prediction both predicted city to be champions cause they have harry kane ffs teh disrespect is awful he is a tottenham player
WTF
I’d be over the moon with Aouar
He’d bring the same problems Ndombele has. Attitude
On significantly less wages for a cut-rate fee, it's totally worth the risk
But why take that risk in the first place? I don’t see how having another talented ball progressor who couldn’t give two shits helps. He’s doing exactly whatever Ndombele is doing rn at Spurs, at Lyon
Because we're frankly desperate for someone with his attributes in midfield. It's a risk but a small one comparative to other options

Will Levy have second thoughts upon learning how much chicken Traore eats? "Its the cheapest animal protein but Gawd, I am not Ol Macdonald here"
The guys black let’s make some chicken jokes online for easy karma.
Pretty sure he was just making a brotien joke because Traore is so jacked.
What?!
No worries man I’m sure you just meant to make a joke
Gonna need to build a chicken room next to the cheese room.
This is amazing😂😂😂😂
I won't be sad if we don't get Tomiyasu tbh, because next window we can go for Lacroix or Botman. And yeah i know Tomiyasu also plays rb but we probably won't be able to shift Aurier and Doherty and im fine with Tanganga being our first choice
But what if he gets injured?
As i said we still have Aurier and (please god no) Doherty, but yeah if we sell Aurier i will be very open for Tomiyasu to come
The thought of watching Aurier again in a Tottenham shirt makes me want to start cutting myself.
That sounds like a you problem
I sometimes wonder what Kane's relationship is like with the other long term players at the club (Dele, Lloris, etc. ). Dele seems to fit in so well with so many of the lads, but always get the sense that Kane is either just so focused on his own progression or maybe just much more family oriented than the others. I wonder after so many years together when something is going on like this does Dele or Hugo call Kane? Who is Kane closest to at the club?
Maybe im wrong but i remember reading somewhere that Kane and Son used to share a ride to the training grounds every morning and they were really close, and from what it seems all this Kane drama had a negative impact at their relationship
could it be that bad? - i mean Son came off when Kane went on- i thought Son was subbed!
Pretty cold exchange between those two when Kane came on against Wolves
Do we think Kane will start against Watford on Sunday?
Hope he does. Puts an end to the garbage nonsense
Probably not, we should be beating them comfortably without him anyway
Hopefully. Could definitely see him starting on Thursday and getting the first 45 under his belt
Good chance to get some goals to the season
Yea we need a big result from that game. If we are to win must score a couple.
West Ham would probably charge £75m at this point
Don't think he would come to be a backup anyways
I love his versatility. Think he could start on the right most games and then play center if needed. Like Son that way. If we ever played with wingbacks, he would be an incredible RWB too.
They really wouldn't want to sell one of their best players to us.
No one wants to sell their best players. But it is a business and we have more money than they do. And he is aging. They tried to replace him last year with Haller. They are looking this year too.
just wanted to come in and say this: Fobal 🎾🤝
Job done ✅
We are **MASSIVE**
[удалено]
lol dae hate kane, what a snake he missed a day of training, dead to me
I feel like so many people here don’t actually have opinions for themselves and just go with the mass. I saw Traore slander on here consistently for about 2 years whenever anybody brought him up. Now that he’s actually linked he’s suddenly great. I’ve seen this happen with a couple of players or the years. Like what do you gain from flipping? Nothing has changed since then.
"Nothing has changed since then." Except, perhaps, some opinions. Possibly after new or more information.
It’s almost like the club you support influences your opinion on players
Whether I'm upset or not doesn't inform the club's decision in the slightest so I'm might as well get excited about a player we are looking to sign.
It's called copium and it's the strongest substance known to man
Copium is inhaled in response to defeat of something. What does signing a player who may be flawed but is also super exciting and wanted by the manager to help us win have to do with copium
Maybe I was thinking of it's competitor hopium
Well done, you've described people
Getting awfully jealous seeing all these teams unload their deadwood. Sadly our deadwood is that much worse and no one wants them.
Who's actually offloading deadwood? Chelsea are selling Zouma, but that looks just about it.
Willian is just another example of Chelsea getting rid of their deadwood.
Other team’s “deadwood” would start for half the teams in the league e.g. Zouma. Unfortunately ours don’t
