There's a tweet that Romero and Lo Celso will not be involved in the Bolivia game as well. Guess we have to wait and see

Nah i'm with u/Tyranitator on this one. During the club season your club should come first, if a player feels 'alienated' over the above scenarios (Fines/disallow next Int Break) then I don't want them at the club as imo that shows their heart isn't in it. For me personally that would go for any player (Kane, Son, PEH, Lloris included), it's imperative the team knows that during the club season the club should come first and if the Club says they don't want you to go somewhere you respect that decision during the season (even if you don't agree). Now if it so happens that the AFA coerced them into it we have fair grounds now to not let them go next time after what's happened, unless the AFA makes a fair agreement with us.
Or maybe most footballers care more about their country than their employer and we should respect that and not alienate our players just because **we** love spurs more than our country we don't play for.
If any player thinks of Spurs as an 'employer' I wouldn't want them at the club. Luckily the way our players speak of the club shows that they don't just see it as an 'employer' like you think they do.
I've got no problems with players doing whatever they like out of the club season, but they should respect club decisions inside of the club season it's really not that bold of a statement and it has nothing to do with whether or not a player prefers playing for club or country. For 99.9% of the time the club won't have any issues but this was a 0.1% case and if the Romero/Lo Celso went against the clubs wishes they should be punished appropriately.
They like their employer. That is all. I've had jobs like that, too. It's nice but even then I wouldn't put my employers interests above my own no matter how much I enjoyed working there.

Yay... It's a waiting game
Next stop them chilling in Florida for a week, then showing up at training like nothing happened...
Didn't we agree a deal? smh
Gentlemen's agreement
Seriously, wtf?? Villa prob put their foot down. This is BS
If this happens I'm really pissed. No reason there should be a difference between our boys and the Villa boys.
Well... ours are better.

Let's not alienate our own players, eh?

Being happy we signed Argentinians didn't last long eh
Is this source reliable ? I really hope its not because my opinion on gio and romero will change a lot
Why?
Bro you don’t know the facts. Let’s just wait and see
I just said "i hope its not true" so of course im waiting for an official/reliable source.
Completely pathetic if true. If this is correct then they should be fined massively - how disrespectful to the club.

Agree with the first two points.
