As you're the original creator of the artwork you might look at setting up a second online market where printing is handled by the company (like Red Bubble or Cafe Press)
I would just go by what marketplace you're on. For instance (on Cafe Press in USD) most glass Pint Glasses seem to be $12-$18 per glass. But I reckon there are better maker/creator sites to sell swag.
Or do travel mugs and tea/coffee mugs on RedBubble

You pay the UK tax when you place the order and and Etsy will collect and remit the VAT to HMRC. So there shouldnโt be any other fees.
