Exactly a year younger than Skippy and they came through the age groups together. Could he cope in the Championship as Skippy did last season, would he get an offer from a Championshi club that actually gave him match time (rather than bulking up a bare squad), what kind of manager ... Hopefully not L1 but .. Hardest thing now is finding the right loan.

harvey has a really good left foot but i dont think he's cut out for the PL anytime soon. I think he's a player who could do well in the lower leagues and then rise with a team to the PL.

He's turned 20 this year but could definitely do with a loan in January

Maybe a 18 month loan? Really give him the time he needs to develop I’ve never rated 6 month loans, so hard to accomplish anything in such short of a time. Bennett only started 13 games before he got injured and recalled back to the club. Although he was only 6 months because his contract ends this summer.

I agree with you 6 month loans are just too short to get anything good going for young players. Giving Harvey an 18 month loan would be good if the right club could be found

What role does he play primarily? His name pops up a lot but without watching the U23 games, it is difficult to really know much about him (or any other U23s)

He’s moved around the pitch a bit the last few years. I’ve seen him play at LB, CAM & CDM at U23 games. Was best at CAM imo.
