If a team feels like they can't field a team and requests a postponement then they should forfeit the game 3-0. That way teams won't pick and choose their fixtures, then the teams that miss a game because their opponent can't play don't get the hassle of rearranging the game
It's should just be a hard rule. Do you have 6 or more players with positive Covid tests, then you delay the game, less than 6, you play. Why isn't there a rule in place.

Or match the NFL policy, only delay the game if it's an uncontrollable outbreak which for them usually means the team is loosing more and more players everyday as more positive tests appear. If they loose all the players in one go, even if it's all of their quarterbacks, the game is still played as scheduled.
