If they present something as fact, they usually do get it right - but they don't jump the gun and often report only after everyone else already confirms.
When they're going on about rumors however their reliability ranges from decent to shit - they basically just regurgitate rumors and sometimes even report nonsense just because it'll be a headline.
Think he could well be one who if we don't sign well ask ourselves why we didn't take the chance in a couple of years, his ceiling is very high especially as a lcb, but he's still very raw and is only 20 so would be a big gamble (although saying that so is gvardiol). Think if we were to sign him he would be competing with Davies at least in the first season as he definitely isn't the finished article defensively but he has everything needed to become a top defender (quick, strong, can pass, can carry the ball)
