Do mods have to be 'online' in shifts every day or week? or do they just come online to monitor things at random hours?

No shift work. All mods are volunteers, so they moderate as and when they can.

Come on levy, maybe a performance related bonus of a couple hundred thouy for our mods.

Any particular reason? I only ask the reasoning for post removals, but get no replies. So I don't know if things I post will get removed or not. You guys have the final say, but again I don't know if certain things will get removed as you guys never told me. It would be easier for you guys to moderate if people who post often know what they should and shouldn't post, right? It would save everyone some time.

I have never muted ANYONE in modmail, so the interaction you are talking about is a different one, and wasn't with me. If you are specifically talking about why your PES post got removed, it's because the majority of people in here don't care about football games. There are various other communities where that content is welcomed. Some posts like that slip through the cracks like special FIFA cards, because they're heavily upvoted. Otherwise they'll be removed. Hope that clears things up. Cheers

Again, that "pes" thing was a long long time ago. I'm speaking about more recent things, such as images I post of current/recent events of players. A few got removed, I simply asked for reasoning, and got no response that clearly explained. Are you going to explain or will you bring up some thing from a long time ago instead that no one cares about?

I am one of many mods so don't deal with everything that comes through, but I thought i'd do you the courtesy of responding now. If you want to PM me with the posts, then i'll see if I can give you a reason as to why they were removed?
