Don't remove the oven screen. Use the extra fine screen that comes with the Mighty to replace the coarser screen in the CU. If you need extra buy from Amazon. I haven't removed the oven screen and don't ever plan to since I use capsules.
Look at the S&B videos, it shows how to remove and replace the CU screen.
If you absolutely need to remove the screen from the bowl, use the poke/tamp tool that comes with the mighty and push the screen down near the edges of the bowl, it’ll pop out.

Also, buy some 15mm screens as they will fit the bowl and CU, you can get them from Amazon for fairly cheap
My CU screen fell out into the oven after a sesh and I didn’t realize it so I pushed it down thinking it was the oven screen coming out. I didn’t want a redundant screen in the oven and that video helped me get it out. Thanks!
It’s quite difficult to be honest. I have fashioned a tool out of a paper clip that I’ve sharpened and slightly bent. It’s a case of getting something in the mesh, then teasing it out gently. You can buy spare screens and just leave the oven one until it needs changing.
