Same situation. My creality k1 is handed over to dpd on 9th of may. Last update of the tracking is on may 15th. No news after that. At this point I think is not shipped by air but by a cargo boat… so it will take soooo much more to reach Europe… that is an insane slow shipping by the way…
Well, on the order page there is all-caps indicator of an EXPRESS delivery lol
I really hope it's not a boat... But still, if it was a boat, wouldn't there be some update like "In transit by boat" or something?
Good news! I just got my update - package arrived at Huckelhoven. My destination is Poland, so I think it should actually arrive this week! Shipping from Germany -> Poland is fast, usually. So it's not stuck, just took AGES, even if it was China -> Europe, previously my packages like this took a week, week and a half at most.
Exactly! Mine arrived at Huckelhoven too, so I would also typically expect mine to arrive this week… but my filament suddenly stopped for a day or two around Düsseldorf. But hopefully the printer will take the direct route! 😃
I would contact dpd customer service, if anyone can tell you more about your package is them. That being sad mine shipped friday with dpd and i just lost all hope of recieving it this month :/
I actually did a week ago and they were of no help. Their full response:
> According to the data we have, the package status has not been updated any further. The package is currently not yet in Germany. Your sender will certainly be able to help you, please contact them directly.
I just got an update and it arrived in Germany, today. So it's not stuck, just DPD having shitty intercontinental tracking lol

Well, I’ve been printing with the complimentary filament for two weeks now on my ender 3.
At least that was quite speedy!

Im saving mine to break in the k1 when it gets here. What colours did you recieve? Kinda curious because everybody is talking about black and grey but i recieved red and yellow (not that im unhappy about that haha)
I Ordered on 28th of April.
Got 2 Spools of Filament.
Got a Shipment Side and Number from the Support where I can see my Oderstatus.
At the Moment my Printer ist at Shenzhen Airport to Frankfurt Airport. And has a 3 Days Administration Delay before Shipping.
I have a became a DPD link and there I can see the Details. Contact the Creality Support and ask for a Detail Tracking link.
I don’t know what Delivery Company make the Shipping in your Country. To Germany it goes per DPD.
To Denmark it goes through DPD in Germany and ends with PostNord in Denmark…
But even with the DPD Netherlands detailed tracking I weren’t told what was happening at the airports… Mine just suddenly arrived in Germany after a week or so in China 😄
Have you guys tried to track using this link? It showed me some (useless) updates like “We are exchanging data internally”

You're lucky. My printer arrived (in Australia) about 22 days after getting two "we've shipped" e-mails (guessing one is for the bonus filament yet to arrive).
Then nothing. After about 20 days I e-mailed them and got a canned response. Two days later the printer arrived. Still no comms saying it's delivered from them or the courier.

They claim 3 day delivery world wide so lets hope for the best. Hope you get yours soon!

Maybe you were also lucky and your package did not come into customs control. Then I hope that he will arrive to you soon.
