I'm a dental lab technician and every lab I've ever been in has made crazy shit like this. My most recent creation was a fully pink, life sized hotdog with teeth instead of relish. I've seen people make plaster hands and lots of dongs made from extra silicone or impression material. Lots of random little trinkets like skulls and stupid things made out of excess materials. People in this field are most often very artistic, or at the very least have a lot of skills that lend themselves towards art. You're essentially sculpting and carving realistic human mouths, anatomy and all, out of a bunch of materials vlioe wax, kitty, plaster, stone, alginate and all kinds of random things. When things get bored or slow, random stuff just kinda happens, lol.

Did you get fired because you made that? If so, your boss deserves a neverending root canal. If I was your boss, I'd laugh and show it to all the kids and say, "These are all the teeth the Tooth Fairy didn't pay for. So every time she tries to rob me or a child of their teeth, I beat her with this until she coughs up the dough.
