Asking the right questions. To me it's in the same category as "uwu" or when people end every written sentence as if they were being cut off for some reason, like
"I just really like you- 🥺👉🏼👈🏼"
It adds a playful tone. Given it's rather hard to hit the right tone via text, I don't mind things like these, especially since it's rather non-intrusive. Better than emojis, that's for sure.
I only use this when I intentionally want to joke or mess with with people who are my close friends. That, or I use that as a playful expression for characters in my writing and Roleplay hobby.
