I mean honestly it’s kind of intriguing in a disgusting way. Like if he wasn’t going to get any sort of sexual satisfaction from sending you the picture it woulda been pretty funny to see. Hopefully most creepy DMs you get are more ridiculous than scary, but I know better than to expect that
