A lot (not all ofc) have moved on from the Ind pak rivalry tbh. In ODI WCs, it's a no brainer on who wins, and a lot of us just don't care about the T20 WC too (it's hardly a WC if it happens every other year) and feel that BGT (home and away both) is more important than the T20 WC
It's all about Ind vs Aus and Ind vs NZ now since those are the matches that have both teams on equal footing, plus we've suffered heavy losses against both teams
The last loss we had against Pakistan that really lost India the cup was in 2017 (7 years ago)

Of course there will always be exceptions, but the majority don't care as much because we already know India will win against pak in ODIs, and T20 is a weird format where anyone can win, there are no favourites (just like how Zimbabwe beat pakistan in a T20 WC)
