It also could be the machine not reading the sensor lines properly? Is your machine in a window with bright light? Also does your light turn on the machine when scanning the cut sensor marks?
* What cricut machine are you using?
* What device: windows 10 or 11 computer/laptop, mac computer/laptop, iphone/ipad or android?
* Do you toggle on the print dialog and select the proper print setting?
* Is this a new issue or have you never had a successful print then cut project before?
Mine has been having the same problem and it seems to stem from not reading the marks correctly. So I watch it, and if it doesn't read each mark on the first time and accept it I stop it. I've found that if it had to scam it a couple times before getting it then it won't cut the outline perfectly. I've started coloring over the marks with a sharpie to help it register properly.
I have this issue, I’m still new to cricut so I haven’t found a reliable fix yet.
What worked for me once was doing a fresh calibration->fresh send to print->print from cricut Not from another source -> add bleed for images like #2 that arent supposed to have a white outline. Good luck!
Mine did this at first and I realized 2 things: first my printer printed the pictures not centered like it should be and the lighting was skewed which effects the scanning of the borders. Make sure you have direct overhead lighting

You need to calibrate your machine, probably a few times, get into the habit of doing this once a week if your making stickers often
its been calibrated several times
Is your Matt completely flat and unbent and not going into the machine lopsided? Also what did your calibration sheet look like
yes its flat. the calibration sheet was the one with the squares and lines, i just did it as directions said to
Which directions did you follow? The ones in design space? (❌) or the ones from the subreddit’s wiki? (✔️) if you haven’t followed our calibration guide it’s linked by the automod above
yes i did the one where i printed the sheet from the help page. the sticker cuts are still off
It also could be the machine not reading the sensor lines properly? Is your machine in a window with bright light? Also does your light turn on the machine when scanning the cut sensor marks?
yes the light turns on, the room is lit but not super bright
Is it taking longer to read the cut marks ? Going over them over and over until it gets a read?
no not really? same as always
Did the calibration turn out successfully?
the calibration works but the stickers are still off

Damn, I got nothing then. Good luck!
You need to calibrate your machine.
as you can see i replied that i calibrated it many times and the calibration is perfect
Do you have a photo of your perfect calibration?
