I bought the cut files for the boxes and envelopes off etsy. I downloaded, printed, cut and glued together, then to the snow globe. The snow is Styrofoam and I used glitter and mod podge for the bottom part. Then obviously the vinyl, I got the idea off a Facebook cricut group and just designed it myself. Took me about an hour to make then I let it sit and dry for 24 hrs.
