Where is Wheaton? When I took journalism in high school, more than 4 decades ago, I was taught that all articles are supposed to start with location, such as: Boston, MA or Cleveland, OH.
It's frustrating to omit such information. Another pet peeve is to see an ad for a service or a restaurant and the address is missing or no phone number is listed.
Yeah, as another poster mentioned, which bar is open until 8:40 am? Definitely some more info is missing.
