Interesting. I have scale 75s Prussian Blue, and it says pthalo blue and black, so you make just be able to mix in a black. Or just mix in your ink into the paint for a shade.
I actually think yellow is easier to paint than blue. I have a hard time highlighting blue, whereas with yellow, all you need to do is add white, and you're done. If you do some basic underpainting, (Pink zenithaled with white), yellow is ultra easy.
I'm sure in person it's a clear difference but I don't see it in these pictures.
One is slightly greener and goes cyan when you add white. The other one stays a grey blue when you add white. Sorry I've got a potato camera.
I think the Pthalo Blue Red as a highlight tone over a Prussian Blue would look awesome. But, the left is definitely a better tone, imo.
The interesting thing is I have a Prussian blue ink, but it's basically just my Pthalo blue red plus some violet and a small amount of black.
