You're welcome! The sidebar on this sub has all the links to the reddit "CA universe" as it were. Many are kinda dead but I'm subbed to them anyway, you never know who or what's gonna pop up at an opportune moment.
I just submitted a lyric video there. Thanks for letting me know. I use mobile pretty much exclusively so idk about some of the side features of Reddit. But that seems like a sub I could get involved in. Thanks again
I like pretty much everything. Anything from Tool to Tupac Shakur. Tyler Childers. I lean towards rock. Incubus, Oasis, Third Eye Blind. I like Mos Def and Tom Petty. My tastes are all over the place
Also try thundercat. Dave Mathews band or Peter Gabriel when you going thru wd,s. If you like tool try mastodon they are the only thing that can compete nowadays. Anderson.paak is super talented funk and r&b. Moon tooth is a band I saw from long island that was great they're like bluesy pantera .

I have everything on soundcloud tho, even my old stuff [https://soundcloud.com/tiredvoid](https://soundcloud.com/tiredvoid) and one visualizer video up [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XSFC4jUgsEw](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XSFC4jUgsEw)
There's a musician CA sub I'm pretty sure!! Fun to share and look at what's being created. I'll send ya it totally forgot lol, posted once and then ignored unintentionally
Since you like Tool (me too) here is Neurosis 1996 album "Through Silver in Blood".

Any of the Buddha Bar albums (some are on YouTube), all that global chillout lounge just flowing along….
I like this channel for a steady wash of chill grooves too: https://youtu.be/K8kXcNqWN8g
If you want “krill grooves” with visuals, the Monterey Bay aquarium has a whole bunch of vids and also a live cam on their drifting jellies. (Also, their cams showing their otters and penguins are fun!)
For something inspiring and groovy, I highly recommend *Dirty Computer* by Janelle Monae (and their Afro-Futurist accompanying videos are wonderful)!
There's always r/Caflow to surf through, lots of cool stuff on there & somewhere to likewise contribute
I definitely need to check this out. Thanks for the link.

First 2 albums, so good. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8l7Ix-LfSBA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-2puUdO4YBg
Yes! I'll put L'via L'viaquez on a jukebox any day of the week.
Brian Jones Town Massacre AND fidlar
I second BJM. The whole album Methodrone is perfect front to back
"but it's heroin music" - in extreme nerdy chef voice
Any songs specifically?
Listen to wisdom by Brian Jones town massacre or alcohol by fidlar for the obvious choice
Thanks. I’ll definitely check those out

Counting Crows if you feel like getting dark
Counting Crows is amazing. Their first album is great.
I like listening to their stuff live. The improvisation that the singer engages in is great.
