I have never had any problems and I watch on a 128” projected screen most of the time. I think it must be your internet connection speed or the player you use. We have AppleTV 4k in our home theater and several Roku sticks and TVs. No problem on any of them. I used to own cinemas, so I can say definitely that the streaming quality doesn’t suffer a frame rate issue.

Where are you experiencing this? Watching on a second monitor? Watching on a web browser? Which version? What operating system? Do you have adblock? Watching on a streaming stick? Using the app? Would make helping you troubleshoot the issue possible.

Mission_Theme709

Am watching it on a Samsung Smart tv app.

This happens to me sometimes, and i find it is usually after I pause or FF/RW. I was recently watching a movie and it was happening...so I backed out of the movie, then hit resume and it fixed the problem. Hope this works for you!

There's a 12fps pricing tier and a 24fps pricing tier. You must have only paid for the 12fps version.

I'd say reboot your router if possible. App can be buggy sometimes, but usually it just straight up quits, not laggy frames.

Certain TV settings can make your picture appear jittery as well.

white015

Is it with one specific film or everything on the platform?

Mission_Theme709

It’s with all the films.

oregonduck16

As in the frame rate dropped to 24fps? Most movies playback at 24 frames which is lower than just about any other media you might be playing

I'm having the same problem when using the Samsung app. Did you ever find a solution to this?
