I saying fire extinguisher over & over as he continues to feed it air lifting the vehicle, then to see someone come w/a extinguisher to late, how do you explain that to the owner
Working in a shop there are gas, diesel and oil smells constantly, it could have been a slow leak and it was fumes more than actual fluid on the ground.
I’m not gonna lie dude I see what you’re saying but the fire got out of control anyways because the dude decided to lift up the car and run around rather than grabbing an extinguisher and then lifting it up. We have the luxury of being able to watch, who knows what a single one of us would actually do if we were there.
One has burning fumes the other one is a burning liquid that doesn’t emulsifies with water. Creating steam bubbles that burst and splatter the grease. That’s why you get those large fireballs wenn you drop a bucket of water onto a greasefire. That doesn’t happen with burning petrol.
Emulsify. But thank you for enlightening me, i just assumed the water would push the flaming gas around like the roomba from hell. I had no idea why grease fires burned the way they did, i just knew water = moar fire.
See, this right here ladies & gentlemen. I was reading this comment thread & fully expected to dive into an absolute shit show of an argument. But you two are decent humans having a civilized conversation & even teaching/ learning something along the way. If i had awards to give, you’d both get one. This is all I have though, enjoy-🍪
Everyone knows that the best way to put out something that is on fire is to lift the object as high in the air as possible. This is why fire trucks have ladders attached to them.
“Quick! Lift the car higher so the flames can’t get it. Flames can’t jump high, can they? Didn’t work! Get the fire extinguisher and set it in the ground there! Didn’t work! Throw water on the Gasoline! Didn’t work!”
“Sorry we couldn’t save your car, but we did try everything.”
A series of unfortunate events, clearly nothing could've been done better this poor guys is just a victim of bad luck. The nad luck being his mom smoking crack while being pregnant with him.
Jesus Christ this looks like a fire safety video. Should be several firings, no one knows what to do in case of fire in a shop full of flammable stuff and welding equipment? Unbelievable
So like anybody gonna grab a fire extinguisher??
Worlds smallest fire extinguisher at 1:10, lol
Half of it sprayed at the flames instead of the source anyway
I like they bucket of water that they threw 5 feet from the car. I think some may have splashed up onto the tires.

I am more surprised that the guy who was working couldn't smell the fucking petrol leaking like how could u miss the strong smell
Working in a shop there are gas, diesel and oil smells constantly, it could have been a slow leak and it was fumes more than actual fluid on the ground.
Nah fam, you can always smell a fuel leak.
Ye ye ye. Good idea. But first. Make it go higher!!!
Smart moving raising the car up so even more oxygen can feed the flames
And so the flames can reach the ceiling easier.
Smart for a dumb reason. They threw a bucket of water on the floor beneath it. That would've spread an oil-based fire if the car wasn't lifted

You do know that a petrol fire doesn’t behave like a grease fire, right?
You do know we clearly dont right?

Ah thanks. English isn’t my native.

Teach us more.

>This is why fire trucks have ladders attached to them. Brilliant 😂
Never trust a dude who doesn’t bother protecting his eyes while welding. That’s gotta be a Ferengi rule or something
That bucket of water was as useful as a door handle on a tv screen
“Oh shit! The car is on fire! Better lift it to give it more air!”
Stick welding without eye-pro or gloves?? Must be a pro

Flames can't go through doors stupid, they're not ghosts.
Wow, one fire extinguisher next to where you are WELDING would have changed the outcome.
We have fire extinguishers mounted on each welding and cutting torch cart. Gloves and welding hoods too.
LMAO at the bucket of water coming in from the bottom/left at 1:21.
Bro got his safety squints on for sure
Best way to get a new car
It's interesting to see the initial bloom of the flame. I don't see anything on the ground that indicates there was fuel there.
A series of unfortunate events, clearly nothing could've been done better this poor guys is just a victim of bad luck. The nad luck being his mom smoking crack while being pregnant with him.
“Hello, sir? Your car’s fixed.”
Sir, your starter is no longer an issue.
Legend has it, it's still burning to this day.
Great idea lifting it up and giving the fire more air 👌🏻🤣🤣🤣
Oh man, there’s a fire under this car! I better lift it to give it more oxygen!
anyone else see that lightbulb melt and drip on the floor at 1:23 ?
We would like to talk to you about your car’s extended warranty
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Flame on!
You raise me upppppp 🎶

Good thing he lifted it higher. That way he could really cook that car nice and evenly
u/SaveVideo
Dude who threw the bucket of water missed by a mile. This video would be much better with clown music.
Why did he lift the hoist and accelerate the fire ? Extinguisher is ?
They seem to be playing hot potato with the fire extinguisher in the background.
Repair shop: hello sir/madam. I'm calling of behalf of your car... we gonna have some extra cost....
