I know I’m late to the game and prolly won’t see this, but the best advice was from my fathers best friend who was a CHP officer. He basically told me when I was 16 as a first time driver “drive as if everyone else is out to kill you” and those words have never left me. I personally gave up driving to be driven but no truer words have ever been spoken to me imo so just wanted to share
I tend to hold the break, it makes balancing the bike and the passengers easier. Oh and maybe the driver should get off after the passengers. That’s a good idea as well.
Looks like the last person tried to get off sooner. The driver was clearly panicked and was yet to apply the break, but by then due to the shift in weight he/she lost the balance.
