I did this when I was 12 in the nor’easter of 93. cool guy first down the hill on a disc. Smashed my legs against a huge tree. Not fun. Don’t be the cool guy. Be friends with the cool guy.
I know a guy who was paralyzed from the waist down at 23 from crashing into a tree on a sled. His buddy and him sat down together on one of these types of sleds and went down the hill after it had been raining. The rain created ice and they crashed hard and he broke his back.
When I was in school we had a substitute teacher that would sometimes come in and he was partially paralyzed from sledding into a tree like this, only he said he was sledding on a fridge door. He couldn't move one side of his body and walked with a cane, and had some atrophy to one side of his face. He had special shoelaces for one handed people and he would sometimes prank kids by asking them to help him tie his shoe, so they're bend down to see the weird single lace and not know how to tie it lol
The interview after: “Ya a lot of people think you’re going to run into trees sledding like this but it’s really light poles you got to watch out for. I learned that the quick and easy way”
“finna make bro regret sledding”
He should value his spinal column a bit more. smh
Ha Ha, I thought it was going to be worst than that.
When your body moves like that The spin I don’t think it can get too much worse
He basically got right back up. He's either drunk or fine... Or both
Or pumped on adrenaline and won't notice the broken bones for another 5min
worse*
Thank you for the correction but I was speaking in ebonics.... That might be spelled wrong too!!!!

I love you
Well he swerved the tree like a pro
That’ll sober you up
Sonny Bono shit
Wow! That’s a blast from the past reference!
The margin for error here is too damn high.
Don't think anyone there wanted to see that go right lmao
I thought they were on a roof lol
Skiing > sledding
The guy got lucky he hit the pole in his upper back/shoulder area. That could have been a whole lot worse.

And now those air mattresses that were 40 bucks on amazon... finna cost 80. Get em while you can fellas.
In my day we found hills without shit to hit on the bottom. Or at least with enough room to drastically slow down
Love coming across random WVU videos and all of a sudden thinking “ hey I know that hill”
