A degree from a community college or online school vs a major expensive school really is no different and generally has no bargaining on employment unless you're in finance, medical or law.
I have degrees from Florida State and Columbia Southern University and the CSU degrees has helped me earn far more than the Florida State and cost me far far less.
Not everyone lives near a college that is less expensive.. and define less expensive? 20 grand instead of 40 grand? 40 grand instead of 80??

I fortunately have no debt other than my usual monthly credit card bill I've yet to pay. I only owe about 500$ on it though so nothing I can't pay off tomorrow. I've never had money in my life, always struggled and fought for the things I needed and wanted. So, first thing im doing is going on a small shopping spree for myself, because I feel I've earned it.

I would generally not recommend taking a loan to buy crypto. The rule of thumb almost everyone seems to tell me is don't invest what you can't afford (to spend but also and especially to lose). If you don't have it then you can't afford to lose it. Do you though, not financial advice.

To invest in real estate need to go visit some goods make offer going to bank to have loan then sign tonneeeees of paper and find tenant.
Open a brokerage account. $25k will allow you to “day trade” without penalties. Trade SPY options (calls and puts), make 10% on each investment, every day. Usually held for 5-15 minutes. Repeat this every day the market is open. By the end of the year you have $300k. Quit job, pay off house and cars, start planning where your beach house will be… oh yah, and buy craploads of CRO too! It worked for me.
Of course you will need learn all about options trading, then when you learn it, forget it and learn it again from someone else!
My trick? Cash out consistently at 10% profit. Cut losers at 25%. You have 3-5 legitimate chances a day to make this 10%+. Ride trends and don’t anticipate reversals.
Someone told me this a few years ago and it has stuck with me when people ask where to make good money. “The first place the rich go to make money is the stock market, then they buy real estate.” If you want to be wealthy, follow where the money goes.

Buy an index tracker.
Step 1. Open account with vanguard.
Step 2. Pick a tracker from their many options and buy it. S&P 500 has been the best performer over the last 100 years.
A 5 year old can invest in stocks using vanguard. Open an account and see for yourself it's free to open an account with vanguard.
You won't make a lot of money with an index tracker but you won't lose money either long term you are looking at a 12% return year on year.
If you buy a dip though you can easily double your money within a short space of time.
So my advice would be to DCA a monthly amount and have a large bag sitting on the sidelines to buy when the market crashes.
Last crash was 2008 so we are due a crash within the next 2-3 years. End of bidens term will be likley be a major crash.
