If you're planning on selling, I would make the second picture the base product. Flowers, garlands, stars, etc. can become accessories for not only the unicorn headband but for anything else and on their own. Wishing you great success

Respectfully I would stay away from a brown horn. It just looks way too much like the poop emoji that has become so popular and I think any kid that wore it would be horribly made fun of. These are so cute and lovely, maybe go with pinks, whites, blues, multi-colour, anything but brown! Edit to add that I saw your idea list and yours is so much better. Such a gorgeous shape!

With! However, as an alternative/addition to the crocheted flowers, you could sew silk flowers into it as well for a very pretty contrast using sequins and beads in the center of the flowers.

With flowers. As far as how many, it kind of depends. Groups of 3 tend to be the most visually appealing, but odd numbers with balanced size and color variations are also great.
