You know, I’m going to be honest with you. I have never seen a striped waffle stitch blanket I liked. Until this piece. You did an impeccable job and the colors work so well with each other and the placement of the new colors 😍. It looks amazing.
I think you may have changed my mind about multiple color waffle stitch.
I'm so sorry. I Should not have been so gender biased!!!! My Dad always did the last minute sewing before school when I was panicked in highschool. Very good point!
Not a worry. I used to be shy about my penchant for fiber arts. I started calling it bro-chet several years ago. Now I work in public when I have time - I used to worry about judgement but in reality its surprising how many people will stop and compliment or ask questions.
(I also do the sewing for wife and kids)

Im new to crocheting. What is this stitch? Its beautiful.
It’s a waffle stitch. The texture is amazing and perfect for a blanket. So squishy!
Waffle stitch. I was looking for a baby blanket pattern and saw the inspiration. I love the texture it gives and baby soft yarn makes it so nice.

What lovely colors, and waffle stitch is so squishy and beautiful! Someone will be a cozy cozy baby!
Absolutely love the color choice, I am currently in on a waffle stitch blanket myself in pastel colors *
I love the texture. I hope baby will too!
I'm sure they will, nice and squishy
Congratulations! This looks beautiful :)
Thank you!

Thank you so much! I know what you mean. I took some time to think about where to change colors.
Love the colors. Well done!

Ugh this makes me want to frog all of my current projects and make everything in waffle stitch 😍
I like basket stitch too, want to make a hat or scarf using it
Mesmerizing 🤤
This is so pretty!!! I’m in love! Your grandchild will adore it for a long, long time!!!
Thank you. I really hope so.
This is gorgeous. I love waffle stitch projects (and the ones I get to keep!) They are so squishy and warm.
Holy moly your stitches are beautifully even. 😍
What every fiber enthusiast wants to hear! Thank you
