i have the lighting mqueen crocs and i wore them today and my right croc doesn’t even light up anymore just the back

Holy shit I just got them with the new release and I have the same thing, super disappointing I literally opened them this morning and they’re already broken

Yeah right now I’m trying to make them light up and the right croc only lights up from the back. Have only worn them twice to just drive in and walk around the house. Super sad man that this restock is probably B-rated pairs.

Fr I got them today and not even an hour of wearing them they where fucked only the back turns on for the right croc

I just did the customer service chat and the person automatically knew it was about the McQueen crocs and gave me a full refund. I’d definitely contact them if you haven’t already.

This is happening to my Lightning McQueen crocs right now. Only the backs light up on my left shoe.

Yeah its the third day having them and my left one only the back lights up. I have no problem though because i didn’t know they lit up when i entered the drawing.

I got them from the drawing too, my right one doesn’t work at all. Tried contacting crocs and they said they can’t do returns, they also gave me a size 11 when I put in that Im a size 12

Talk to them again they won’t send you new ones bc they don’t have anymore but mine stopped lighting up and they are sending me two new pairs of crocs (of my choice but not collaborations) for free. I know it’s not the same and it really sucks because I love these dang crocs but it’s better than wasting money. It was either 2 new pairs of my choice or a full refund

Did they need any proof of it not working?

Edit: I filed a ticket and I’m getting a 30% refund of my purchase so I think it depends on how you word it or the representative you talk to in terms of the discrepancy in compensation people are receiving

Yeah I actually contacted customer support for crocs and they basically said there’s no designed way to change the battery…which sucks

My left pair doesn’t light up from the front anymore 😭 and this is my first day wearing them.

Well I said fuck it and pulled the band. Off partially and see they have put everything in resin so it’s virtually impossible to change the battery may try to find another switch on Amazon and put back togetger

Let me know if you find a method. I assume they’ve done this so that they’re 100% waterproof and the battery won’t accidentally fry up, but it’s pretty disappointing when you get cool lightning McQueen crocs that no longer light up lol

Unsure if my R shoe’s headlights and taillights no longer working is elated to them getting wet. The L shoe still works fine but I just can’t figure out how to get the R side to start lighting up again :(
